Really great location environment; with very friendly employees who are helpful to the customers needs. Assuring every customer leaves satisfied. The only down side is during midnight hours they do not accept any debit or credit transaction payments, due to there system always going out after 12am so it's cash only. That's fine & all expect for the ones who don't carry cash & need a late night pump. Overall it's nice here.

This is in regard to the Shell on Rosecrans in Norwalk. They just renovated the car wash and something in it is very loud and disturbing. Even with my door close I can hear it. I called them about this weeks ago, and nothing has been done to lessen the noise.

Hubby and I were looking for a quick car wash and the location turned out to be what we needed. It's best to park first and go purchase a code. You have to go inside to pay. There's no paying at a machine. Javier was one of the attendants. He was sweeping in the surrounding area but have each driver a little eye contact in case they needed anything, which made it easy for my husband to ask how much was a wash. It's $7. It wasn't quick but worth the weight.
