This is a review on the customer service. there. I didnt use SLB but with another co. eventually. BUT the cs guy whom I asked for a quote got back to me THREE times with the quote for various projects. That amazed me. The quotes were pricey for me but the outstanding way they contacted me was superb.

SLB is fantastic. I've had hundreds of photos printed with them from foam mounted posters to 3ft x 6ft posters. Turnaround is usually next day or the following day. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, Rich is great. Why print at Walgreens or Costco and pay the same amount for worse quality? There isn't another printer of the same caliber in the LA area. If you're a photographer and want high quality prints there isn't a better place for your business.

The staff at SLB were really helpful and even gave me samples of paper and printing to test for an art project using the print in an unconventional way. SLB is my go-to for all my printing needs! The staff is very nice, responsive, and knowledgeable (shoutout to Courtney for being my main contact here!). I'd inquire about a product and it will be sent into production just a couple hours later - very quick and speedy service. I've gotten brochures, laminated event badges, and retractable banners done with them and each final product has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
