Trashy location, tons of homeless people, to get the toothpaste you need to wait in line and then ask the cashier to get it for you. They make low prices only if you get 2 or 3 items but you have to overpay if you’re getting a single one. I come here only when I have no other choices

A staff member named Emma referred to me as a dude, twice/after I didn't respond the first time, even though as a transgender woman, I didn't look like a dude. In a handful of ways. Emma's behavior is a hate incident in California.

Smart & Final, I understand since America no longer has a middle class that you've had to even lock up gum. But at least employ someone to be on the floor and not expect two very busy but friendly cashiers to unlock every item and have customers wait in line to ask for assistance. It only drives paying customers away.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life..I was doing door dash I had quite a few items to look for..I was on the very last item that was taking for ever to find..I ask three employees for assistance which was to a waste because they gave me no service they didn’t know and NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO ASSIST ME…and this point the order is late and I see a manager who name is BERNANDINO the night shift manager I politely ask him where to find the item HE POINTED HIS FINGER IGNORINGLY to a aisle.. I left from him still not finding the item and went to ask him for a second time HE quickly went into bad attitude mode with me YELLING that it’s not his job to help or assist me and for me to FIND IT MYSELF while continually
And sternly saying that it was not his job and that he was not going to help me.. I asked Bernardino the meaning of custom service he then turned his back on me..the line was very long I removed the item from my list and waited with what seem like a eternity to check out.. at this time the manager is out of sight outta mind.. then suddenly Bernardino appears with the item
In which he had a hard time finding himself
Then he after realizing he was wrong pulled me aside and said to me with an attitude “what do you want me to do apologize” very disrespectful and disgusting service..AND I GOTT IT ALL ON VIDEO… really hoping corporate reaches out to me or a manager I would love to show them his level of service to LOYAL CUSTOMERS I shop there regularly NEVER AGAIN WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL

A grocery store with typical and bulk products at good prices. I enjoyed browsing the aisles as everything was very neat and the store looks well maintained. There is free 90 minute parking for customers out front. It’s within walking distance to the shopping centre.

They keep the store clean and the lines are never terribly long. This store is convenient for me because it's located close to my work so I can pop in there quickly and grab my lunch.It's also a plus that they have a lottery tickets vending machine so whenever I have extra money I can buy scratchers. Lol

Smart & Final is a great place to shop when you're in a hurry. The prices are good, many times less than the super markets. Really good prices on whole bean coffees (and a grinder in the store, so your coffee is super fresh), dairy products, eggs and meats. A decent selection of produce though I have been to other (larger) S&Fs that have a much larger, fresher selection of fruits and vegetables. There is a good amount of party paraphernalia in larger packages, so there is a definite savings buying in bulk. Also, buying cleaning supplies here can really save money.

Sometimes, not always, the best price on bulk items. Occasionally they stock produce they isn't available elsewhere locally. They need more compostable trash bags. Usually only one cashier line open, but unlike Ralph's they have phone tap payment systems which is much faster. Their staff should definitely all Unionize.

THIS PLACE IS KNOWN FOR SKIMNING CARDS BOTH EBT AND REGULAR DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS CHECK FOR SAFETY SEAL IF THE MACHINE DOESNT HAVE ONE DONT BOTHER !!!!
