Be EXTRA cautious with their bargains! Check the expiration dates on stuff at this location. Especially in dairy and frozen sections. Bought something before here that had expired the previous week. So I always check dates and don’t buy certain things there anymore. Nobody wants anything EXTRA like sour milk.

Love this smart and final, they always have everything I need! It’s 95% a time a one stop shop unless I need something very specific. They have great deals, a clean store, well stocked shelves, self check out isles, good alcohol selection, good frozen section, the grocery seems to be as top notch as their distributor allows, I always enjoy going to this location! One of the best in LA if not the BEST!

Frank is really good person,And he help me find the things I need really. He tell u where everything is at .He has really good communication and he is kind and sweet and understanding. He is very friendly and sweet

This and Glendale are my two Smart and Finals. But I tend to favor Lincoln Hts because of staffer Frank who is very helpful and is always willing to assist and answer questions. He is your answer to Costco.

Angelica the manager harasses her employees that's why there are no workers. She always wants to sell expired product and the restrooms are never secured and they are always a mess...I guess that's her lifestyle that's why she doesn't care about the store. Please get rid of her there needs to be a REAL MANAGER not some pretend manager

‼️This is THE WORST Smart&Final I've EVER seen‼️
The sad part is that it's not even the customers or the employees. It's the management. Angelica does not give her employees enough hours, nor does she consider their voices. I've walked in many times and barely ever seen employees. Ever since she had came in, I've seen a huge decrease in productivity amongst the team. She only calls them when she needs them, but rarely considers the fact that these workers have lives too, and need to be properly scheduled. These workers are not machines, but people with lives and must be must be treated with consideration.
Not to mention, I've noticed multiple applicants making an attempt to get hired into this store, but from what I've seen, Angelica never gets back to them. As a matter of fact, I've seen a person make an attempt to reach out in person, but he was ridiculed and had his application thrown away. This type of behavior is further proof that it's not the workers, but the management that should be held responsible for the negative impact on the company.
There have been instances where I've seen the Angelica on her phone. Although at first glance it may look like she is doing something important, she is on her phone for a lot longer than what it takes to send a message. This adds on to the fact that I've never seen her help out when there's no cashiers. Any manager that spends more time on their cell phone instead of trying to help their staff when necessary should be held responsible immediately.
I've noticed the entire store go down hill as a costumer for 4 years after the other manager left. I've never seen such clownery. They don't know how to operate a store and it's a shame to see a franchise fall to pieces, and not because of the workers, but because of the management. I wish the best to smart and final customers and workers. Is that the utopia you strive to achieve for? God save you all.
