Here I am trying to shop and both sides of the parking lot look closed. The primary issues are the lack of entrances (only one open so you have to circle the entire block to get inside) and the lack of self checkouts. Please get a self checkout. My wait time in line is rarely less than 7-10 minutes and it's often because both customers and clerks don't seem to understand how to checkout and pay. We're usually standing while the line grows 7+ people long while the cashier and customer stare on space waiting for anything to happen

They dont have everything, especially some of the more expensive fancy stuff. But overall they have a pretty good selection of most things. There are also usually some cool items in the mark down section.
I do hate that they close the gates on the left side of the parking lot at night though. The other exit is on a smaller/skinnier street that's more difficult for me personally.

The discount that you get on food at the smart and final, it’s unbelievable so and also the guy that works there and the people that work at the smart and final nice people nice very nice so I don’t know why not everybody is shopping is marked in fun the ice cream going out you should see the size of that and the size of everything like how far you buy wants to store it like right now you don’t know what’s gonna happenwhat’s going on right now with the AI the end of the world and all this bullshit coming up you got the shop as smart and final bro

In the heart of West LA, by late afternoon they consistently lock up 2 of their 3 driveways, leaving access via 1 street instead of 2.
They really don’t want customers coming as they’ll also only have 1 cashier working while also locking their entrance, making their exit the only way in.

This Smart & Final is conveniently located along Wilshire with plenty of parking in the back. You can enter the lot via Ridgeley or Burnside. Chris at the register was very courteous and swift yet careful with my items. On a busy Friday, he handled himself well and greeted me with joy and professionalism. I was in and out of there without delay because of Chris’s expert skills. Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of any party supplies, bulk food & beverage goods, and even spices. Prices sometimes are better than the Ralph’s next door!

This is a review for their app where you clip the digital coupons.... rarely works and waste of time and energy. While the store is ok, their app sucks and employees can't seem to override the problem to give you the discount.
