Fun millennial style bar. Drinks are interesting and the aesthetic is very 2015 but not bad

Came here to watch my friends DJ on a Saturday night. Small and intimate space with whimsical decor inside. Had a blast there! There are no signs outside for the bar but there is huge colorful bird decor on the walls so you can't miss it. You can also rent out the entire space for you and your friends, which I think is awesome

This is a cute little speakeasy bar that I stopped by at because my friend hosted her listening party there which I thought was pretty cool to utilize that space. My friend had two signature drinks that were priced around $16. The bartender was super kind and he was just amazing. The location is really nice on the inside and aesthetically pleasing. The entrance was prty cool becaus you would never think of the inside to be that way. It's a speakeasy so it's cool. It's spacious. My friend hosted her event on a Friday night and afterward at 10pm, the DJ comes and plays the tunes. I am not sure if they switch it up nightly but they were playing House EDM music. There were people there ready to enjoy. It is in Chinatown so depends on the time you arrive, you can definitely get decent street parking OR there's parking lots around the area that provides you with another option. The ONLY con was that, there are NO signs of getting to the location. It's hard to find the place because it's in a walkway but hidden. There are other shops and apartments around but if you don't know where you are going with no signs, it's tough to find.

This is a super fun speakeasy place. It's hidden in Chinatown and when you walk in, it feels like you're at a coffee shop but then you get slid into a meat locker type of entrance. This was the first bar I went to right when things were opening up from the pandemic and it was packed. It's a fun place other than, it's just a little too loud and too small, otherwise it's a great place

Fun little weekend spot. Small intimate dance floor. Seems like a local DTLA/Chinatown hang out. Everyone has a friendly vibe. It's located off the beaten path away from the crowd, which I love. Came here just for drinks during Chinatown Summer Night's event.

Songbird delivers every time. I've tried every item on the breakfast menu and all of them hit. This place is basically at the Chinatown metro station so it makes for a perfect stop before walking around Chinatown or heading on the train. They have a wide variety of beverage options including cocktails if day drinking is in the plan. Super friendly staff and cute no fuss patio to eat and chill.

Their salmon gave me food poisoning (purchased July 16th) and after advising them that’s it’s best to dispose of the remaining stock, I was met with indifference and no assurance that I was being taken seriously. Don’t gamble with what is potentially listeria

Great spot to get your groove on to some funky beats on Friday nights; but don't bring cash cuz they don't take it.

I went here at night for an event. The bouncer will point you to the way to the bar because it's hidden if it's you're first time going there. Cool place to have a drink with nice decorations all around. Plenty of parking when I went. You can either park at the public parking above songbird cafe or the street meters. I stayed there almost 5 hours at the public parking costing me $3.

Very cool venue. Booked for a birthday party. Right by the train, so if anyone wants to come or leave that way, it's very convenient. Staff was cool.

Cool lounge within the Songbird Cafe where you enter through the secret entrance in Chinatown. Low lighting, random DJ spinning throughout the week, cocktails, and a hip-hop aesthetic in the bathroom along the walls makes this hole-in-the wall a wise visit. I do wish the drink was a bit stiffer but because the bartender had me waiting forever so he put it on the house! That's ideal service but not always to be expected, I sincerely appreciated it since I was strapped financially anyway. I came out to watch a few friends spin mashups, blends and remixes, so I was in for a good time. I did wonder for a Friday night the crowd was super light which could be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you're looking for
