By far the worse cellular company I've ever had. They double charge you one month and then "refund" you the next. I've had two months where they took out two payments of $158 and then take 5 days to refund with no cares that they double charged. They make you pay before your billing cycle even ends. When you call in to speak with a representative, they all tell you something different. The bills they give you are gibberish. Showing refunds and late payments inaccurately. I would recommend a burner pay as you go cell phone company before spectrum. Not to mention the service itself is limited. When in Chicago I had zero bars because they are not located there. Avoid at all costs!! I would give zero stars if allowed.

This company is going nuts, I had an auto payment on for years, and in Feb of 2024, they said I was 2 months late, anyway paid it and reset the auto payment, but on Friday 4/12/24 got another late payment notice for 2 months, called them today 4/14/24, they wanted $5.00 to speak to a live person, my God did this piss me off. The man I spoke to was very nice, reset my auto payment, and also credited me my $5.00. What going on with Spectrum and America with their customer service?

Absolutely awful service. Called to cancel. They never cancelled and said I had to pay for a month I never even used them for and I explained to them I was a single mom and could not pay two internet providers for no reason. And they basically said oh well. Dog shit customer service except for Marie. She was the only person worth anything.

I wouldn't have a problem with spectrum if my internet didn't drop consistently multiple times per hour. If you can't handle monopolizing a towns internet to one company, DONT TRY. If you have the option between spectrum or Cox, choose Cox. Spectrum is a joke.

Some of the worst service I've ever had! Not to mention they've billed me $89 for service I didn't ask for. Please take your money and go somewhere else. This company is full of con artists and just to disconnect my service. I was asked 5 million questions of why I am disconnecting, the guy I spoke to his name was Joseph and he sound like a psychopath. You don't need to know why I'm disconnecting your service sucks that's why I'm disconnecting.....end of story click!

Horrible customer service. Called 4 times and kept getting conflicting information! Had spectrum for decades but moved this year and it's been nothing short of a nightmare from technicians to phone customer support. Ready to leave Spectrum!

If you watch out of town sports. Do not get spectrum it will buffer the whole game. I had to switch back to ATT a way better Internet speed, connection and service.

I stopped service with a representative named Reggie and he was so incredibly helpful and understanding. We stopped services because we moved, but this employee is definitely one that will take good care of you. Thank you so much Reggie!

I called a spectrum store in Los Angeles it was a very agonizing experience, I called to get information and before I knew it my package was changed without my knowledge, and then the customer service representative would not restore my original . When I called several times to get some relief each time it was a different price and most of my channel's weren't there. But in the end spectrum does what it does best over charge the customer I was charged 25.00 dollars for the Sam package!!!

Had to get their new box and it sucks my channels freezes all the time only had the box for two months and they have came out at least three times and I'm still having the same issues and they had the nerve to go up on the prices March 1st and I'm still going through the same thing I pray every day they go out of business

Called spectrum to see how I can save money. THE customer service tech advised up to buy Rokus for the TVs and return the boxes to our local store and save the rental fees. We buy rokus, removes tvs from walls and install everything to them. I make an appointment to the local spectrum store to be told, "you can't return them because we won't accept them. You will need to update your plan snd pay more for everything". I have been a spectrum client since it was time-warner and they did everything possible to not honor my previous contract. Spectrum told me my services would be more expensive to return the boxes than keeping them and paying $40 rental fees for the boxes ($12 per box plus taxes) I spent 2 hours in the store and 3 hours on the phone with multiple people and everyone told me something different. I cancelled my plans and will be going elsewhere. I called Coworkers/family to ask about their experiences with spectrum and they have similar stories. Save your money and shop elsewhere

I called to cancel my plan while my house was under construction. The representative convinced me to pause it instead for a low monthly fee. I agreed. When I called to reinstate it ten months later, they told me it was never paused and that they had been billing me the full amount, which was over $700. Of course, they conveniently didn't have any record of my original call and refused to give me any credit. I canceled my account and went to AT&T.

JOSTIN was such a great help. He provided a solution to all tge probles i had when u lost my phone a felt so much value as a custumer. He show me the different devicies spectrum has in mobile cable and internet. Great customer service.

Worst Experience at this store, they out right refused to provide network equipment, had to argue with store staff for an hour to finally get the equipment.

This is an amazing spectrum store I recommend you guys come here , and talk to a guy name Jaime , he deserves a big raise , he was nice and chill with us and he gets the job done very quick I just now went in the store and I give it a 10/10 ,the reason I did this because we were worried about our cable cord being broken and how much it was for ,and he gave us a reasonable price which made me and my sister happy if the spectrum store people see this make sure and pay that guy Jaime extra or promise him or something
