Frida Castillo Velazquez was fantastic in helping us switch our cell plan from ATT to T-Mobile, and with getting us the new iPhone as well. She was truly the best employee I’ve ever encountered at a mobile store and really cared to help and explain everything very thoroughly. ATT didn’t provide us the correct account number to switch the phone numbers but she was able to figure it out very efficiently, I was impressed. Highly recommend her for any mobile/cell needs! Thank you for your help Frida. T-Mobile, she deserves a raise!!!

Wow! Let me tell you about my incredible experience at the T-Mobile store today! It was hands down one of the best T-Mobile stores I have ever visited! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The manager, Ricardo, is an absolute rockstar! His experience and professionalism shone through in every interaction. And let me tell you about Jacqueline! She was absolutely fabulous in helping me with my upgrade process. She took the time to explain every step of the way and recommended the perfect plan tailored to my lifestyle and budget. The store itself was immaculate, clean, and tidy, creating a welcoming atmosphere. But what truly sets this store apart is the way they all go above and beyond for their customers. They truly deserve recognition and support from corporate for their hard work and dedication. Hats off to Ricardo, Jacqueline, and the entire team for providing such an exceptional experience!

Great new renovated store but downgraded customer service!Stood there for almost 10 mins without being greeted. There were 2 customers and 2 staffs. One of the staff was helping a customer with the computer. But, the other staff was way too comfortable speaking with the other customer without showing any intention to cut short or delay the conversation to help or even tell me that I will get help soon. So disappointed and not help full at all they get mad when I ask questions I try to get 5 line with you but I change my mind because of attitude . intentional they are not assist me and when ask other staff to assist me they told me we are the same so he wouldn’t answer my questions again !!!!! I feel so disrespectful discriminated!!!!! I am not happy at all with t mobile customer service in this location. You guys do better. Improve your self. The worst customer service I had . Unprofessional so disrespectful.

I Went into the store the other day Because I had an issue with my apps Sergio the phone tech guy helped me update my phone to the latest software and everything was working great again. He was so knowledgeable in explaining why I had that issue. If I can give six stars I would! I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to this store.

I needed to get my screen repair immediately and Sergio the technician went out of his way to come out of his lunch break early to help me with my situation. In a matter of minutes my screen was replaced and was brand new. In addition, Robert the manager and Sergio had amazing customer service, very professional and even went out of their way to help me with my issue and purchases. I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

The set up of my prepaid account was really fast, but too fast ! Did not say me that the ZIP code was important nor say me the PIN. So I couldn't do anything to access my account after that... couldn't verify my identity with a false ZIP code (it was the store's one). I struggled a lot and I had to have a too long call with 611 service to set up my account.I was satisfied at the moment but not afterwards!

I have been to several Tmobile stores with bad customer service experience. I went to this location and I was immediately helped by Robert and Oscar. They went above and beyond to resolve my issues, even though employees from another location had given me incorrect information and had caused the discrepancy . If you want excellent customer service stop by this location and you will feel the difference in customer service. Props to Robert the manager, good customer service starts with a good training !

The customer service quality here is amazing!! The dream team Sergio, Lucero, and Robert really helped me out! I had broken my screen and was having a horrible day and they definitely turned my frown upside. Sergio called me to see if I can come in earlier and fixed my phone in ONLY 35 MINUTES and Lucero and Robert helped me go through my plan and find the best deal on a new Apple Watch, even scoring me a break on my next phone bill! This is now my T-Mobile home all my cellular needs will be met at this location. :)

I was helped by SergioSuch a cool guy, nice and welcoming presence first and foremost. He told me that he can get my phone done in a hour but actually took less than that. After being frustrated with the way that tmobile schedules phone repair appointments he literally made me even forgotten I went through that process (ex sprint account holder)Thanns
