Unfortunately you get scammed at this place. We wanted to buy sim cards with a data plan for a month. We were told that we get unlimited data for $20 each, which is a blatant lie. After a few days, on of us got the message, that the - 2GBs - of data are used up. We also didn't get a pin, so we can't register a T-Mobile account to recharge online. The woman just filled out garbage in the forms and smiled at us while screwing us over.

I don't like this place. Workers here are not willing to help customers. Very difficult to deal with. They will waste your time. Don't visit this location. This location should close down.

I am customer service addict and my needs for proper care has never been met UNTIL I went to t-mobile on Western , John Fernanda and Douglas are the Dream team and they deserve every compensation and recognition that the company offers.

I went in there trying to transfer my mom’s line to my T-mobile plan they just gave me a # told me to do it myself so I called even the rep on the line was like if ur at the store why are they not calling I was like idk they just standing around. After I transferred the line I wanted to get my mom a new phone nothing fancy but to all the phones I was choosing they said they were out of stock they only had those expensive ones the guy I guess got frustrated that I didn’t want to buy an expensive phone he said come back in 2 days super rude I left. Never going back there again!!!

Great customer service,wasn't sure about my purchase until I came in and spoke to Jesse ,he show me his personal S7tablet and assured me it was a great purchase plus adding the 5g network on it makes the experience more better. Thanks!

I hate writing bad reviews but this is specifically about Young who was assisting us. I first called because we were having issues with signing up service with T-Mobile via their online sales team. There was was issues that required my dad to put a down payment on a phone. I called this store and got Young, he said that it was a common error with the T-Mobile online sales team and he will take care of everything once we come in. Shady issue number one, he actually encouraged me to just bring my dad's photo ID without my dad being present to help us open the new lines. At the end of the day, my dad who has stage 4 cancer thought that was not right and came with me to the store. #2 the redundancy this guy has is outrageously belittling and rude. First off, notice he only joined the team "2022" which he may still be in training or still new. Yet he would just spew numbers and things that just confused you. If you ask for clarification he rolls his eyes and is rude back to you and literally raises his voices at you. He literally told my dad to quiet down when he was asking about apps that can transfer to his new phone in the rudest way possible. It was so disturbing how he treated my dad I told Young to please watch it as my dad is on chemo and stage 4 cancer. All Young did was roll his eyes. #3 wasted our time completely due to his lack of knowledge and him just taking for the sake of talking. Took me an hour to literally just get him to give me a total what our monthly bill will look like. He took down sensitive information like my dad's social and ID and wrote it in his tablet which they still retained the info the next day and did not delete. This is ID theft level. #4 he told me I will need to come back to the store as my number needs to be ported and he didn't have time to lift my suspension from my number being ported. Another rep there, Briant, intervened and gave me concise info which took less than 5 minutes compared to this douchbag's diatribe. #5 misleading information on the rebates to get us to sign up and after wouldn't help us file for the rebate. Thankfully a customer service rep from t mobile helped me do this and their phone call center is wonderful. This store with young is pulling teeth. #6 I tried to place a complaint with the manager yet the manager Kenny wouldn't really hear the complaint. Actually tried to defend Young. Yet he saw all the errors this guy did and tried to deflect. He did help me transfer all the stuff needed to my dad's phone within 20 minutes and not the 2 hours told to us by Young. I have placed the complaint with Corporate and they see what a mess this guy young made of our brand new account. Thankfully they straightened everything out for us. Also, the $10 credit we can get on our bill for enrolling in autopay... these guys told us that it will take 4 months to see reduction of the bill. Lies once again or rather untrained and scam artist like. There are reasonable reps there like Briant, Tae and Kenny (even if he was trying to cover for his teammate). When I saw them helping others they were nice and kind to them especially older seniors. One bad apple can spoil the bunch. Young needs to be reprimanded for how he treats customers. I wasn't the only one. He was helping an elderly lady the second day I came in and he was yelling and belittling at her too. They also had us double charge the $140 in activation fee than $70 for two lines. The dude snuck in 2 mobile internet lines!!!!

Bianca Muraua , and her current manager truly saved me when I needed saving. I was preparing to leave T-mobile after this month.I went to Bianca with my issue(s) and was not in the best energy. Her manager came to help but saw that I was too bothered to receive the help that he had to offer. Rather than battling me he sat aside his pride, and entrusted Bianca to take care of the matters.After dealing with my rough spirit, she was kind, direct, personable, and reminded me that they both were on my side and ACTUALLY trying to help. Even though I was a bit rude.Not only did she take care of me, but she also supplied me with wisdom and knowledge that I will prevent me from dealing with this in the future.I know I was a bit much but thank you and I love y'all.

I would give this location no stars.The representative Lucero is very rude and looks like she does not want to help the customers. We had to go a different location to help us since she was standoffish.She wanted to charge us for another line to keep an existing phone number but when we called customer service they were able to do it without any problems.She did not provide any helpful information

I'll give this store 0 stars The representative Lucero was very rude and was not helpful. She tried to add another line to our plan just for us to keep a number but when we called customer service they were able to do it with ease. She was deliberately careless and had the worst attitude towards customers.

Called for support 30 min before it closed. Showed up in 10 minutes before closing and manager was very helpful and resolved my iPhone connection issue. Will definitely be back if needed. Thank you!
