I went in to do an upgrade the associate was very helpful. He not only explained the plan but had so much patience with me. I recommend this location to everyone. Asking so many questions about the upgrade fee he was beyond patient, had a great customer service!

Worst service - I’m sure it comes down from corporate but I basically had to instruct the sales person to the deal I was eligible for where I got a reduced monthly charge - instead of the increased charge they offered. They upsold items but made them sound like they were part of the phone upgrade and had a customer bathroom in full view that they refuse to let paying customers use. Last year I had great service here.

Excellent customer service! There was a very short wait time compared to other times I've dealt with cell phone companies. In my case, I was due a refund due to a return. Customer service by phone could not help me and they suggested that I go into a store. Within 5 minutes, my problem was solved and the gentleman who helped me was very professional.

I don't recommend to go here. I walked in hoping to get some help with SIM card. Denied me right away because i was not on the account, didn't even pause and listen to my problem or offer suggestions. She said she can't help me period. Went to Eagle rock plaza and they were able to help me with my problem, got me on the account as authorized user, helped me with the SIM card and got my phone running again. Even sold me a WiFi! Do not go this branch!

Try to return merchandise to store. Had everything receipt. Item doesn't work. Call customer service they said to return any store having hard time return item. Had item for 5 days. Now they need manager approval for return. And to come back when manager is in. Only morning Manager is available he never closes. I told them I'm not available in the morning. So why is there any one in store to approve returns? I work retail for 15 yrs there always

My name is Maria Salcedo and I've been with you guys for a while now . I have never had an issue in the past with any services I've received . Until now , the staff is rude , entitled, and plain arrogant . The first time I came here it was a Wednesday at 7:20 and I wanted to ask a question , the manager " came to the door and rudely told me WERE CLOSED . It was 7:20 because I was looking at my phone , she rudely hold me that and then pointed at their sign , I'm looking at it saying clearly closed at 8 . Which makes no sense ? Today at 12 , I'm clearly in line and two other men showed up AFTER me . The explanation given was that he had called prior . Okay .. but he didn't get there before me . Then proceeded to help the NEXT customer . All whole looking at me after I loudly remarked I was waiting first . And then one of your staff members kept eyeing me during the whole interaction . Only one helpful girl there and it's sad that you have a " manager " on site who wanted to be helpful AFTER the interaction . Do they pick and choose when they want to be helpful ? I work in customer service as well and the order is simple , whoever walks in first gets helped first , unless it's a life and death situation which I'm really well aware both situations were not . The closing times as well if it says closed at 8 then close at 8 and whatever inventory , cleaning ,etc is done AFTER closing . Do better at this site. And I do wish to be replied to . Or I will proceed with this until I get to corporate and higher ups

Jose and Luis were super knowledgeable, helpful and above all patient. They really helped me in setting up my home Wi-Fi. I would definitely go back to this store and highly recommend these experts.

I walked into this T-Mobile with so many problems and questions about my account. Luckily there was a rep by the name of Ari, who helped me out and went above and beyond. He was very respectful and professional. I have never met a harder worker who truly cares about the costumer! If I could I would give him all the stars in the universe.

This store just sucks!! I received numerous messages about an upgrade, then I show up and they're not stocked with phone at this store! This was months ago... Then I finally come back to this store today and I'm told the computer is down and can't help this "Sprint customer" account!! I've been around since Nextel, Sprint and now T-Mobile, maybe it's time to switch to another company!!... As for the reps, she seemed nice, but being told I could go to another store just doesn't make a whole lot of sense! What good is a store/company in your own neighborhood, where I've lived for 50+ years, and have to travel to another city for service!! Wish we could select a negative number like someone else said here, so I'll just mark 1 star!

There was a worker there named Arie who clearly does not know how to de escalate a situation. I was already frusterated with some issues and the last person who helped me was amazing. When I returned arie was being short with me, didn't want to explain the situation in a professional manner and stayed " you are being disrespectful " . As a person in costumer service I can tell he is not aware of peoples situation and another person has to step in the help. Giving this 2 stars for the lady who helped but if it was just arie no thank you. Super rude
