Fix your stupid parking situation with Metropolis. EVERY time I leave, the cameras don't catch my license plate number and EVERY 2 days later I get charged with a 48 hour parking charge. I'm told by Metropolis that I should just "manually" end my visit to solve the problem. How about we just go back to the good old days where I pull a ticket, and then insert the ticket to leave. Why does Metropolis need my credit card on file anyway. I'm just parking to grocery shop. I will stop going to this location just because of this nonsense.

You have to pay for parking using a smart phone. Otherwise youre gonna get locked in the parking garage. Guess I'm a second class citizen for not bringing my phone everywhere I go

I am so tired of the parking company they have contracted, Meteopolis, erroneously charging me because their technology can not properly read license plates. I have now been charged twice for a 48 hour parking stay when I have gone shopping for less than an hour. The app keeps your credit card on file and everything is automatic via their app. If it doesn’t see you leave it automatically charges you for a 48 hour stay and then you have to contact them to reverse the charges. The first time was annoying but the second time it happened is unacceptable. Sprouts, why does my credit card have to be on file to park in your garage??? Get rid of this subcontractor or I’ll shop somewhere else where we don’t need “tech” to do something as simple as park!

Over the Summer which by the way I feel that it was my best Summer I helped a dear friend and his wife prepare their home in Hollywood for sale. We made a lot of car trips, to ready their home, that's where I saw the "Sprouts"store. I asked him if he'd ever shop there andhe had nothing but POSITIVE things to say.Now my experience, Sprouts puts me in the mind of Whole Foods, except Sprouts pricesare pretty reasonable. I was met, and greeted by one of the managers. After spending twenty minutes looking around, I decided to purchase the "Boulder Canyon" Olive Oil Potatoes chips. They have several offers on their receipts, you might want to look at them closer. Sprouts has something YOU WOULD LIKE. Good bye for now. ???☘️☘️

This Sprouts have very helpful security. They went above and beyond to find a cart for me. The selection of #9 coded organic veggies could be larger.

I only come to this Sprouts because of the location. Bottom parking lot is always full. I shop organic. Organic produce isn’t always fully stocked. But maybe it’s because of the season, I don’t know. At self check out there is always an employee hovering over you and most of the cashiers look unhappy to be there (except for this very nice older lady with braids) Aside from all the cons, the store is clean and the store brand items are affordable and of good quality.

We love this supermarket. It's well organized inside, and although it isn't enormous, compared to some other mind-numbingly big places like ralphs, it usually has everything you need. They have a wonderful collection of herbs and spices, as well as having fresh herbs/spices that you can grind into a bag to buy. And the selection of all types of grains, nuts, dried fruits and other treats, that you can purchase by putting it into a bag (like the candy stores of old) is so convenient. An incredible meat/seafood section with a real butcher on hand, and a lovely selection of fruits and veggies, that includes some rare finds! They have a better selection of harder to find healthy things than most stores, and the prices are much more reasonable. We don't use the parking lot here, we walk since we live close by, but Sprouts has fast become our favorite grocery store. Deservedly.

Trash of a store. Employees play with the bathroom. Classless people work here. Management is non existent. Seems about all management is good for here is smoke breaks. Terrible.
