Avoid at all costs. This was the first time I put stuff back and just left half way through. A lot of items that are listed on other company's websites as in stock are totally absent. The selection in general is not as good as other grocery stores, and the shelves look ransacked. There were very few people working there and the only person I asked for help finding something brushed me off.

The amount of times I've been disappointed by this grocery store is t truly on me; I should have learned the first several times that it was just best to avoid this location. Half of the deli items are practically spoiled. There isn't a less accommodating or inhospitable staff on the west coast. Possibly the worst grocery store in Los Angeles.

First time coming here and the parking lot didn’t have sign on how to get in the store. Elevator was also off/broken without a sign. The parking experience is so easy to get right. Hence my low star rating.

Lots of food choices, of all types. I go there for pre-made sandwiches, fruit, trail mix, and green juice. They do have a deli that makes food on request.

It's convenient, and the fresh baked bread was liked by the party I attended. We all liked the crispy crust

Sprouts had a good selection of food and fair prices but often the line to check out is too long with to few checkouts open.

Sprouts is not always my first choice of grocery stores, but somewhat I like it. I’m not big fan of this location though. Store plan is not as well designed as others. It’s somewhat clean, but I prefer other locations rather then this location. The major problem with this location is the lack of air conditioning. It is always hot and not enough oxygen in there. Overall 3 starts from me. If you need anything urgent, you could go in and out.

Rotten moldy eggs for sale at Sprouts. 3 weeks past their expiration date. Do people actually work here and re-stock fresh products? I've never seen moldy rotten eggs ANYWHERE. Once I brought them to 2 different employees, they were indifferent, didn't care, didn't bat an eyelid. No reaction. I was a bit horrified myself. Buyer beware at this location

sprouts I have always bought my products in Torrance, normally this is the second time they measure spoiled fish. My question is if the employees know that the fish is spoiled because they sell it to the public. I went back to the store and asked for the manager, of course. I told him that it is not fair that they sell the product like this and the employees are only talking to others and do not review what they sell for me it is an abuse of trust I will never return to this store and I do not recommend this store at all they have very few things that I do not You will find them and all the sprouts have them no matter how small they are.

I happened to visit this store about 3 weeks ago, for the first time:I had high expectations, as this is Sprouts and located in the Westwood neighborhood of such highly respected educational institutions as the UCLA.Soon after I entered the store and began shopping -- the security guard began stalking me. Initially I thought he was just doing his job walking around the store, but soon it became clear he was intentionally stalking me. I began to realize this security guard would persistently stare at me while demonstrating such harassing/stalking behavior. There are cameras all over the store, so I felt confused why this seemingly ignorant security guard would desperately stalk me..About 1-2 store employees were able to assist me in finding things at the store, but for the most part -- I witnessed a culture of deep hostility and discrimination at this store. Employees looked unprofessional and uneducated. The whole store staff can greatly benefit from Diversity training & educational classes. Also, they need to either replace or refrigerate date palms (also called "dates"), as they are selling the ones infested with mold. Their "meals" (placed next to the meat section) are frozen foods that are reheated and packed hot -- making them look like they are freshly prepared.Unhealthy.I am not going back there again.

It’s fine, but what’s with the lines? Every time I’ve been to this Sprouts, there’s only 2 checkers working and huge lines of customers waiting. They’ve lost my business a few times when I’ve gone to grab a couple of things, but left because of the lines. Definitely seems like a staffing issue.
