First time to this location, came in for the TSA pre check, small parking lot but had no problem finding parking. Day time didn’t feel unsafe. Friendly helpful staff inside. I was helped quickly, made my experience a good one. Would highly recommend and would return. Clean store and actually much larger inside than it looks.

My dmv forms printed horizontally (and I just know those snotty, snarky dmv employees won’t accept them) so I suggest to not print it yourself if you’re printing dmv forms ask the front desk to help you first or else if you’re unlucky you’ll get an employee who will charge you again to get it to print vertically. Also there is no option to switch between vertical or horizontal format, they give you a preview of what the printed copy will look like but it still comes out horizontal lol

I used to come here all the time. It used to be my favorite. Now the services are terrible. Unfriendly, curt and slow. Don’t know who to complain to since the manager is also rude. Came in twice in a week and both times, very unhappy with the lack of service. I guess I have to drive all the way to Mid Wilshire for a competent and cordial customer service.

This Staples location has been around for many years. In the past I have bought computers and other supplies there. So I was a good customer. There also seems to be a constant turn over of staff and management. I went into the store twice this past week and had a bad experience each time with the same people. I had bought a few sweaters from Banana Republic. Banana Republic has an agreement with Staples that customers can return items to Staples. The idea is to make the returns efficient and easy for BR customers. Staples will scan the items and give us back instant credit. There is an area in this store for customers to return items from Amazon and now BR. The employees who work in that section are not interested in helping process the returns. It is not a priority to them. That section is dedicated to some other function. Each time I went to that section of the store, the section manager literally ignored me when I asked for help. He literally turned his head and would not look at me. Other employees told me they were busy with other customers who obviously were going to take a long time. The other employees also turned their heads away from me and ignored me as well. This was done in a blatant manner and was very offensive. I can understand if someone is waiting on someone else. But they could have at least acknowledged me and have said something like "we will get someone over to help you." Instead, they ignored me even though they were aware I was waiting and no one was there to process returns. I needed to process a small return which literally took less than 2 minutes. Yet I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and to come over and help. And, they only reason I got help is because I asserted myself and let it be known that I wanted help. Otherwise I would have probably been left waiting there for a longer period while the employees continued to ignore me. Even more outrageous is that the two employees with whom I did speak to directly, told me that the only people who knew how to process the returns were the people who worked in that section. They alleged that no one else could help me. That was clearly false since someone was eventually called over to help. Overall the employees were rude and acted as though I was bothering them. It is rude to look directly at someone, then to deliberately turn your head and ignore that person. That is really bad customer service. I have been to other stores which have arrangements with entities such Amazon and BR to allow customers to make returns at their location. The other stores have a staff person working in the return section. So returns go smoothly in the other stores. The other stores make it easy for Amazon and BR customers to make returns. This Staples location makes it difficult. One wonders why they have an agreement with BR and Amazon if they do not have the staff or the interest in processing the returns.

I needed a printer cartridge for my MC all in one the cartridge cost over $95.00But wile in the store I needed to reload my bladder they deny the restroom saying it’s out of order. Well I guess I go to Office Depot. They are something else here.!!

Horrible service. Was not acknowledged in a timely manner, after doing a print job on apparently the wrong paper type, the employee lied to her supervisor, gaslit me and made up a story to cover her a$$. Low vibes. No thank you.

Came here for TSA Precheck application-- their setup for the waiting line is NOT VISIBLE enough. Confusing waiting line. You still have to wait despite the appointment system. Manager was not attentive to our needs. The TSA coordinator was helpful and supportive but the Staples SECURITY AND MANAGER were DISRESPECTFUL. SERIOUSLY ONLY COME HERE IF NECESSARY. You are better off at other locations. I wish staples would be smarter enough to do something about this location.

We had a very awful and disrespectful encounter with Eugene from the printing and marketing department today. My boyfriend has consistently brought business to Staples and utilized them for many huge printing jobs. All we wanted to do was check on the status of our order, to which Eugene practically refused to assist us and rudely responded that we needed to wait since he was assisting another patron. As we waited, we observed Eugene assist other patron that arrived after us and then walked away from us and refused to assist when we inquired about our order. Very unprofessional on Eugene's behalf and blatantly rude. It is very unfortunate to have this kind of experience when you are paying too dollar for these services. I am very disappointed, especially since we constantly visit this specific location, and now Eugene has left such a horrible impression that we are just questioning the quality of customer service and the integrity of their establishment since Staples allows this behavior.

I would say this place is great. It's a Hidden gem dtla south side. They have a parking lot easy in and easy out. You can do your Amazon returns and UPS they have a good amount of supplies no frills I think this is a great spot for students workers employees etc. The workers are very pleasant and helpful.
