Could not even breathe. Cigarette smoke was so bad. Hard to cancel and of course no person on-site to help with anything.

I was in town to see Eddie Vedder earlier this year. I stayed at this location for seven nights. I had a mostly positive experience staying here up until the last few nights. The room itself was pleasant...large enough for a few people. There's a huge walk-in closet, full kitchen and bathroom with a cute little sitting area near the windows. My two complaints were first and foremost the noise. There was a group of kids staying in the room adjacent to mine. They were blaring music all night long and well into the next day. I called to complain to the hotel and even the police but no one took any action. My second was that one of my windows would not close shut so that can be a problem especially during the night. Buyer beware if you're looking to enjoy your stay.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! One star for this hotel is an insult to all other one star businesses. I booked this "hotel" on a travel agency website because the pictures looked good and it was being advertised as a three star hotel. This is absolutely NOT a three star hotel. The place was dirty and disgusting. I spent the first hour cleaning my room because it was so gross. The unit smelt like smoke and had so much damage throughout the unit. Check in was a nightmare. The lobby is locked and I waited outside for 20 minutes while on hold trying to reach someone at the "hotel". Then a man came to open the door (while I was still on hold) then proceeded to check me in. That's when he told me for the first time of a surprise $80 mandatory "Apartment Service Fee". WHAT!? A surprise $80 fee ON TOP of the rate that I just paid?? I then complained about this hidden fee to the email address they provided me and a manager named Stella Hayrapetyan said the $80 was on the booking website and "That is not our fault that you are not aware of that". LIES! I took screenshots of the entire booking process and NOWHERE did it list a surprise mandatory $80 fee. I've already started the process of disputing it and providing all screenshots to my credit card company. These people are running a scam! Worst part of all, the rooms were disgusting. I was upgraded to what is supposed to be their best panoramic room and it was absolutely disgusting. Towels were stained, bed was stained, blankets were stained, walls were stained....gross! Everything was disgusting. If I had another place to go, I would have left but unfortunately I did not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! STAY FAR AWAY!!

We booked Ginosi Apartels and hotel for 3 nights. We booked this place based upon 4 star rating from Expedia and the pictures on their website. I think Expedia needs to verify falsified information before posting it on their websites. This hotel is more like a 1 star and the pictures posted is nothing like what you get when we booked those rooms. This place smells like weed smoke and cigarettes even thou there are no smoking posting all over the place. We contact the management and they agreed they know the issue exists and doesn't do nothing about it. Apart from the smelly rooms, hallway and bed sheets, they charge $30 per night for parking, which is posted on Expedia website, which they collect upon first entry but they failed to mention that you are not assigned a specific parking spot and parking is first come first serve even thou you paid for parking your whole stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially people with family. This place is not family friendly. Pee on elevator floor, reception is a desk with no one there, appliances don't work, pee stains on couch, smelly hallway, rooms and bed/ sheets. If you like anyone of these things, please go ahead be my guest. I am only here to express my opinion about this place. Find it out for yourself if you "DARE".

DO NOT STAY HERE. LOOK ELSEWHERE LITERALLY SAVE YOUR MONEY. If I can give negative -1000000 stars I would. Not only did they charge me $1400 for a room with a TV with an Antenna , which was not previously stated to us . They REFUSED any type of resolution. I was pretty patient about the matter but after multiple attempts and 30-40 minute hold times calls , "the manager of the property " was sent to our room. When asked can he fix the tv, he said he was not able to . I then asked can they change my television , he claimed there were none. I then requested compensation with management which the representative refused to put on the phone with me , they could not provide me with someone over them , could not provide me with a corporate number because they are literally located in ARMENIA. I spent my whole vacation on the phone trying to get a resolution for the matter this lasted even after my stay was over and we were back home . More than 10 days and multiple emails and calls to management, "management", which I could never speak to , declined my request for partial refund because they provided a television in which I only asked for $200 back for the WHOLE 9 DAY STAY . Be cautious , everything is over email and there is no one at the property to help you , they don't even provide extra towels . Save yourself your time and money

Charged me $80 as a maintenance fee of which I was not made aware of when booking. No staff on deck could answer any of my questions and the lady on the phone was very rude and unresponsive. Would not recommend to anyone wanting an easy hotel experience. Gym was also closed.

Nice studio apartment/hotel on Sunset in L.A. Great view and all the needed essentials for an extended stay. Bring your own towels and toilet paper if you're staying more than a day.

July 26th 2021 DO NOT BOOK HERE The rooms are great but this hotel is used for private parties. The whole hotel reeks of smoke. The ventilation is shared between rooms, there Is no such thing a smoke free room. The sofa bed is a joke. You don't get two beds, you get one and a half basically. There is no supervision, there is no security, there are no cameras. Anything goes here. So unless you're part of that ghetto scene in where you want to hear hip hop all night long and don't mind inhaling second hand smoke, do not book here. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Do not bring kids here. Don't bring your wife or loved ones. This hotel is operated from ROMANIA. Another country. Good luck getting a refund or asking for more towels or any type of service. The parking is 40$ a night and there are no close options outside. You have to send your credit card information and an ID via an email to God knows where so they can scam you in the future yeah no thanks never returning again.

Horrible experience. Booked through the Hotel Tonight app for a hotel close to the Kaiser hospital for our babies surgery and ended up leaving after 30 min to find another hotel. The phone number listed has no answer. Sat on hold for 43 minutes with not so much as an operator. We were not given parking instructions and there is no info posted anywhere. Main floor has a "reception" desk which had a man with his pants pulled down behind it who said he "stays there sometimes". Room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was very dirty with fingerprints all over the tables and surfaces. We couldn't get in contact with any representatives until we contacted the app we booked with for a refund and then magically we received a response. This is not a safe or clean hotel. 0 stars. Oh they also are attempting to charge us a $400 penalty for cancellation.

Do NOT book here. Please know I would give zero stars if I could. Shockingly horrible experience. This place has the most bizarre operational practices and needless to say the hospitality business is NOT the place to get creative with how lazy you can get away with being. I've listed examples of the most egregious offenses below, but in case you're in a rush: STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I genuinely would have paid double for a normal hotel stay experience. How I wish someone had told me similarly before we booked. Let's get this out of the way- aside from REEKING of smoke, the room was as expected. Everything else was an absolute nightmare. First of all, I'm almost positive they're operating this "hotel" remotely from another country. This is obvious when you call and are placed on hold from anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes. Every other normal hotel on the face of the earth has a human person at the front desk to help with check-ins and field important questions. Here, this information drip-fed to you over the phone by, I guarantee you, the rudest person you have ever spoken to in your life. For instance, we forgot to purchase parking ahead of time. No worries, I thought, because usually you're able to at least park for check-in and purchase parking on site! No. After rolling down a nauseatingly steep ramp only to find my check-in code would not let me into the underground garage TWICE, I called the singular contact number to politely ask some pretty basic questions about the parking situation. The woman on the other end of the call, I am not exaggerating, simply responded: "But you haven't even paid for parking. Of course your code does not work yet. You have not paid for parking." Forgive me for not understanding your convoluted system sight unseen. Yes, check-in was "contactless" but I would have felt much more safe and seen to if I was looking at a person who actually worked in the building and cared about our experience in the slightest. On our second night, the room above us threw a RAGER. Very clearly at least 20-25 people blasting music, stomping around and yelling. We tried to be good sports but once it continued past midnight we called that famous singular contact number and explained the issue, assuming that parties of any kind were against hotel policy, especially during COVID. They merely told us they would call upstairs and ask them to quiet down or else they would... call the police. "Call back in 10 minutes if they are not quiet and we will call the police." Are you people insane? Are those really our only two options? A phone call or THE POLICE? Again, were this a normal hotel on a normal planet one of the many physically-present hotel staff would simply knock on the door and shut down the party, maybe slap them with a nice fine. No. Here, we will give you the two most extreme options ranging from useless to militant and which one we choose depends on YOUR value judgement of how much you want to sleep on your little vacation. Just let us know! We literally could not wait to leave. I made sure we were packed up and on our way out a good hour before checkout so we would have a nice big cushion of time to field any issues I was positive we would encounter on our way out. There was zero information anywhere on how to check out. I simply assumed we were to call that one number. We stopped by the lobby just to check and a gentleman came out of an office! A person!!!!!! He was not wearing a mask and I had to stop him to ask how we check out. He simply asked for our room number and said "Okay! I'll take care of it." Then walked in the opposite direction of the office. Imagine for a moment that I do not trust anything about this process or anyone who works here. As expected, a few minutes later somebody called and asked if we were ready to check out. "Of course," I told him, "I spoke to someone in the lobby who said he would take care of it but of course he did not. Yes, we are checked out and long gone.&q
