Been to several passport photo places in KTown and this is by far the best, the lighting is impeccable, and the retouch is done just fine, would highly recommend.

Took our son's 1year old photos here. They are professionals in both photography and customer service. They do have theme clothes for both baby and adult, not a big collection though. Printing photos took about a week after basic photo touches. I highly recommend this place.
