This subway has a terrible attitude towards treating customers. I don't know why they work if they can't provide good service. Subway should train their employees.

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a veggie delight. The vegetables offered were disgusting. The spinach was slimy and looked like it had e-coli. The tomatoes were old and soft and wet, sweating on each other. When she got to the onions, they started placing the onions in a very discretional manner, providing the bare minimum, if that. I asked for more, which is never a problem, especially when I don't get the required amount. They said this is how much we are told to put on. I reminded them, it's a VEGGIE DELIGHT. If I wanted a few minor vegetables with my turkey, or bmt or any other meat, this would still not be enough vegetables I was provided. I walked out. I am so disappointed, and was not going to put my health on the line, for shoddy work perfomance and/or training, and obvious poor franchise management. Just check the google reviews: 2 stars. I will not be back for a long time. YOU CANT EVEN GET A VEGGIE DELIGHT CORRECT. Completely disgusted by my experience. Maybe stop the false advertising on TV that your food is fresh, because it isn't. You should be ashamed of these operations. I will not be back.

This is my second time going here in which I tried to use a coupon and was told that the coupon did not apply due to rules this particular store has in place (these rules were not listed on the coupon). If you plan on using a discount/coupon here make sure you ask about it before ordering.

Today, I went to Subway with a friend and had a terrible experience. I ordered a sandwich first, used the coupon to pay and when my friend tried to pay, a female employee told me that the coupon couldn't be used for the sandwich my friend ordered. We couldn't find that information anywhere on the coupon so my friend asked where that information was on the coupon, and the lady continued to behave in a very rude manner. My friend ended up not buying the sandwich and pushed the sandwich on the counter to them and refused to buy it. I expressed my intention, but the female employee raised her voice by exaggerating and telling me to throw the sandwich. At first, I was listening to the two people talking, and when I asked if there was nothing mentioned in the coupon at all, she told me to stay out of it. and she rudely told me to "Shut Up and Leave". Shut up and leave to customer? I was so angry that I swore F*** at her and came out, and she swore F*** at me too.Does Subway train its employees that way? If there is a sandwich that does not apply to a coupon, wouldn't it be easier to understand if the employee showed the customer where the coupon is written? Does the employee tell the customer to shut up and leave?My friend refused the sandwich and said that he would not buy it because the coupon could not be used. He pushed it in front of them and expressed his intention not to buy it, but the female employee raised her voice at my friend by exaggerating and telling him not to throw the sandwich. Don't your employees know the difference between pushing an object towards them in defiance and throwing it? There will be video captured on camera in that store, so check it out, right? And isn't it right to discard products that customers reject anyway? they can't sell it to another customer, right? But the female employee was very rude and treated the customer with harsh words. One thing is for sure, I will never go to Subway and buy a sandwich again in my life. My friend thinks the same way.

Very rude service from employee Maricella , very unprofessional and racist. One of the worst experiences I received at a subway.I only had specific instructions for my sandwich and she refused this. I was told to get out of the subway after I paid for my sub, and I was called the N word on my way out!. Horrific Experience.

Wanted to order tunafish. The young man serving me didn't seem to understand. Turns out he didn't understand english well at all. He finally gave me a thin layer of tuna. Then he and his co-worker began snickering in front of me. Pretty sure it was at my expense. Are you kidding me? Making fun of a customer right in front of them?

Does not honor their own coupons or specials. Management doesn't seem to want the place to succeed. There's better and cheaper take-out in the same shopping center.

The person that is working the counter is extremely rude and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Santiago is the name he gave me. Hopefully his manager trains him better before he or she looses more customers

I went to get a very easy sandwich to make, turkey. The women didn't really seem to understand English. As a result I got the worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. The picture speaks volumes! Lack of ingredients! So, I just read through other people's reviews after I posted mine. I'm disappointed the management hasn't responded to customers or made any improvements. I only wish I had looked on yelp before entering this particular Subway. Maybe it's time to file a formal complaint.
