I love Super Slow! Carrie is AMAZING. She is such a great trainer. She is super knowledgable, professional, and also just a really kind, beautiful person. And she gives you the best workout, and in only 30 minutes! I have never been so toned. I used to do Orange Theory regularly, but I am in better shape now after seeing Carrie. I highly recommend Super Slow! As a busy person who cares about fitness, I’m so happy to have the opportunity to train with Carrie at Super Slow! As for the methodology, it was new to me, but boy, does it work!

I am so happy I found Super Slow and Carrie. I have osteoporosis in addition to arthritis in my back, hips, knees and feet. I knew I needed strength training and was reluctant to go back to Pilates 3-4 times a week, as I had done prior to the pandemic - and where I often injured myself. I went to Super Slow because Carrie has a background in physical Therapy and I felt safe with her. It was a great decision. In a very short period of time, I've become much stronger and am able to do things I couldn't previously do - like get up off the floor without my hands. I'm looking forward to spring skiing this year! Carrie has pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do safely and at the same time, I feel like I'm killing it! She is very motivating. I know I am in good hands with Carrie and that I will continue to get stronger and stronger under her care. Thank you for changing my life Carrie!

I've been working with Benjamin Fisher and his SuperSlowLA fitness program for several months. It's a wonderful program that delivers. There's no question I have built back muscle strength by simply working out with Benjamin at SuperSlowLA just 30-minutes per week. He's a good coach, pushing me to improve...while making it supportive and fun.

I have been training with Benjamin Fisher at Super Slow LA for years..I love it!!I had been looking for a weight bearing exercise regime to supplement my pilates classes, and this is perfect..It is private, personal and I truly feel stronger after each session..Ben is caring and considerate, always putting his clients first..The fact that I can have this intense workout in only 20 minutes, and then go on with my day..is just the icing on the cake..Thanks Ben...

Benjamin helped me gain back muscle which had atrophied after struggling with long-covid symptoms for almost two years. Ben started with what I was able to do and we worked up to get me back to my pre-covid level of lifting (maybe even better). Ironically, the SuperSlow technique works super fast and now I am back teaching yoga and dancing tango just as I had before the pandemic! SuperSlow is highly recommended.

Very unique experience. Personal trainer, excellent machines, nice atmosphere. This is not your usual gym with a thousand of sweaty ppl around you. Very safe COVID wise and good for someone who has no experience at the gPlus there is a plenty of parking spaces. Highly recommend.

I worked with Benjamin about a year ago on my strength training through his slow lifting routine and I am still reaping the results of the training I did with him. Since working with him, my baseline strength and endurance has improved dramatically and has positiviley impacted all areas of my life. I highly recommend Benjamin for all of your training needs. Benjamin is the perfect emissary for Super Slow LA. His patience mirrors the incredibly slow style of resistance training that SSLA is the premier example of. What you will do with him and his machines is as good or better than three-times-a-week of traditional Nautilus training. Do an intro session on Monday and take stock of how you feel on Friday. Then you will understand.

Carly is absolutely the best!! She knows just what to do and how much to push to keep you from aggravating any prior injuries. She works with you to keep you strong as you age, improving strength and balance in order to eliminate falling. I have referred other senior ladies, and they have been delighted by her.

The SuperSlow concept of working out 20 mins once a week seems too good to be true but there has been more research articles about the positive results that you can achieve from this "super slow" workout. I am a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist with a specialization in sport injuries and I wanted to check this out for myself before recommending it to my patients. Plus having two little ones at home, I don't have much time on my hands to be as active as I'd like. I LOVE IT! It's a great way to get strong with the correct form and mechanics and minimal room for error, which means less chance of injury. This is definitely a great way to establish a good foundation and increase your strength. It's great for people of all ages, people who don't like to workout and those that do. What really attracted me was that I don't have much free time and needed something quick and effective.I am working Bruce and he is very knowledgable about the body, he's funny and knows how to push and encourage you. I highly recommend Bruce and SuperSlow LA.
