Additional wellness services include vitamin injections and IVs, as well as tarot readings. The staff, from reception to management, are wonderful, professional, and assure the best possible experience. The space is clean and cute. The value is excellent, with affordable drop-in classes and memberships considered extremely worth it. A significant downside noted is the parking situation, which can be difficult with no validation offered. I enjoyed a hot yoga session here at this cute little studio. Great instructor, clean space, staff was professional. Hard to find parking. They don’t validate for parking.

This place is the best! I come for the solo saunas and have a great experience every time. The saunas and showers are clean, staff are friendly, and they even provide you with free alkaline water + wellness shots before you start your session. I highly recommend!
