Food is delicious! They've been in business for over 20 years, different location. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice, she takes pride in her food and service. Please visit TG Thai food. Not alot of people know of it since they moved to this location. The fried tofu with chili, basil, mushrooms and carrots, all time favorite! Also the rice with chicken, shrimp, beef, basil, spicy with side peanut sauce is so comforting and excellent! You'll love it!

I grew up on this restaurant as a kid and was always my go to for fried rice! Sad to say that the portions have just gotten smaller and the prices have only gone up. Wish the amount would’ve stayed consistent with the prices but what can you do. I don’t purchase from here as often as I did but the food is still good.

Great food! Try the Seafood Pad Tai , Yellow Curry, Thai Sticks, and most of all the Chicken Satay with the Peanut sauce. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu! If I could rate it Ten Stars I would!

We got food to go and it was pretty good. We had some issues placing the order online but we called and placed it no problem. We had chicken satay, spicy squid, egg rolls, basil and chili with seafood and some other things. Food was good, if you ask for spicy, you will get spicy. The fried items were crispy and not greasy. Overall it was good.

I've been eating their food for at least 10 years. They used to be located next to a motel, then a burger king that turned into a Starbucks. And now, in Lincoln Heights.Their food is delicious but my only gripe (and with the economy I kinda get it) , their portions have shrunk SUBSTANTIALLY. So if you're an old-head (like me) love the food, but super sad and disappointed with the portion size. I used to order and not be able to eat the whole thing. NOW, it's not enough.... for the same price. It won't deter me from ordering because it's yummy...but it sucks for me, my stomach, and pockets. Will definitely be looking for an alternative place to get my Thai food

Pineapple rice. Was ok. Different version than other Thai restaurants I went before. $18. Not for big appetites. It was ok, fresh ingredients and good amount of cashews on the pineapple rice.

This is the way they serve the larb now. This place has gone down hill. My coworkers and I have been ordering here regularly during lunch and the food turns out very inconsistent now. They gave a block of cabbage not chopped or shredded. I wasn't able to even eat it given no cutting utensils at work. I called to complain and they said other customers requested it to be changed to this. I don't see how this is desirable. I had to toss it.

This review is for their new location in Lincoln Heights. TG Thai is in a food hall shared with two other food stalls. Pad Thai is nicely cooked with the right flavors and the amount is generous. The chow mein, egg roll and broccoli combination is flavorful. I wouldn't recommend any meat that is grilled as satay and beef were overcooked to being charred. Thai ice tea was just right and I appreciate the different choices of milk you can get. Parking can be a little tricky with street parking only and the area isn't the safest (even during the day).

While this Thai restaurant showed potential with notably well-executed Beef Ribs, it unfortunately fell short in other aspects. The underwhelming Pad See Ew and the soup-to-noodle imbalance in the Thai Boat noodle soup left much to be desired. Adding insult to injury, service missteps, such as failing to remove an unneeded item, only exacerbated the subpar dining experience. Dessert, often a redeeming feature, failed to impress with its watery coconut milk in the sticky mango rice. Despite these shortfalls, the pricing was ambitiously high, mismatching the small servings. This restaurant has room to improve both in food execution and service.

My family and I have been regulars for some time now, the food was once very flavorful but recently it tastes very bland. Is the restaurant under new management?

Extraordinarily disappointed with the quality of food. I ordered online and it was inedible. The spicy beef salad came with a wedge of raw cabbage that took up half the container. Meat was extremely over cooked and lacked flavor. I'm not sure what was in the sauce that came with the steamed dumplings but it was inedible. Very sad to have wasted money here.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The salmon was honestly some of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to trying more in the future.

My coworker recommended this place as she has ordered from here a few times. I share that because maybe my experience isn't the norm here. I ordered our food online and the order was confirmed with a 50 minute delivery time. At the 40 minute mark I called to confirm the delivery time and was told the food was on the way, so I decided to place a pick up order for the item I left off my delivery order. I placed the second order online, picked up the food, and returned to work before the food was delivered. It took an additional 40 minutes from the confirmed delivery time of 50 minutes, 90 minutes total. I was asked to pay when the food arrived. I showed the delivery person my ID and bank app showing I paid and he had me speak to a woman on his phone to confirm it for him. There weren't any utensils, napkins, or sauces. There wasn't any way to request it when placing the order so I assumed it would come with the order. I was wrong for both the delivery and pickup order. The chicken egg roll and Thai tea was good. The fried chicken appetizer and the beef ribs didn't have any flavor. My request for no onions for my fried rice wasn't honored and I received the wrong drink. There was also a medium length brunette strand of hair was on the outside of my beef ribs container. I didn't see any inside my food.I only have this experience to go off of so I won't make a recommendation for or against patronizing this business; however, this definitely wasn't a good day for them and I don't know if I would give them another chance to waste nearly $100 of my money.

It looks like there are a lot of reviews from when this was in a prior location. The current location just opened recently on Barranca in Lincoln Heights. I had no idea what to expect from this new food court, but I'm glad to see new options in the neighborhood! I went with the yellow curry - it was very good. Excellent flavor on the curry, with big pieces of very tender chicken. It was just chicken and sweet potato with rice on the side but was a satisfying amount of food. The quality was on par with a sit down meal despite being offered in a courtyard setting with togo style vibes. I'm very impressed. It was prepared really quickly. My only complaint is curry and a can of coke ran $19.99 which is not only high in general, it seems very high for this area. I hope they aren't pricing themselves out of the local market - I want them to succeed. I'll be back to try the pad thai.
