T-Mobile lies to get sales! Customer for years with insurance but couldn't get a quality upgrade. The sales person told me the phone case and screen protector would be free.... The next day I'm charged full price and it's added to my monthly bill!! They told me I could get a Apple Watch 8 for free with a line.... Went back and they were like that does exist it's another low grade watch. She probably would have done what she did with the phone case. Tell me it's free and put the excessive cost on my monthly bill stretched out for 2 years! False advertising!

Kevin Flores the new hire at the Carson T-Mobile has been extremely helpful. I am a non-techy person, and he has had all the patients in the world explaining so much to me. I give them 3 stars because their customer service and product knowledge is awesome, BUT, whoever does the scheduling SHOULD NOT be doing the scheduling because there is a store full of people with only TWO workers! No consideration taken by the Manager of the TIME it takes for an associate to show and explain new phone features and pricing models, etc. So that leaves customers just piling up and getting frustrated. As was I. But again, GREAT customer service, but terrible managerial foresight, (assuming it be the Manager who makes the associate work schedule). Bottom line, expect to wait. If you fly through, awesome, but come in expecting to wait.

I am writing this because I believe credit should be given where it's deserved. My aunt older lady in her early 60s is always afraid of going to upgrade her device because there isn't many people who are willing to help her the way it should. We were greeted by both staff members, Flor was so kind and patient she helped my aunt buy a new Samsung device and all I can say is thank you for taking the time to help my aunt even though I was there ! Flor explained the trade in amount, the credits, my aunt also got a free watch and that was because Flor informed her of everything! I'd definitely come back and recommend my friends and family around that neighborhood to be helped by Flor. Hopefully this gets you her ! Thank you again for all of your great work and knowledge!
