Unfortunate experience at T-Mobile. Guy working there at 10:51 on a Monday immediately shot down my husband and myself trying to explain a conversation we had with T-Mobile customer service about upgrading. Super negative, wouldn’t allow us to speak, immediately jumping to the defensive that we couldn’t possibly be quoted what they told us on the phone. Like, this guy was a terrible salesman, so we left and took our business elsewhere. Love tmobile, but this experience was super disappointing.

Ok let me start by saying! most of the good reviews for this place must be made by friends or family members of people who work there, I am sure of that!! I went to this store yesterday 11/09/2023 with my 87 year old aunt, she simply wanted to buy a phone because her phone was too old and needed replacing, to our bad luck I we ended up being helped by this young inexperienced female Hispanic worker, who pulled up the account using my phone number, she confirmed that my aunt's number was on my T-mobile account and verified that I was an authorized user on the T-mobile account by checking my CA driver's license. After vertification we proceeded to tell the girl that my aunt needed a new phone because her phone was/is too old and that we had chosen a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, then we informed the girl that we wanted to purchase the phone in full and that we wanted to activate the phone as well, I was told that we could not purchase the phone in full and that "WE HAD TO FINANCE IT", I was told by a young Hispanic male that the best thing to do was to go to "Best Buy" on Los Felix Blvd and that I could purchase the phone in full and activate it there, I went to best buy and I was told that T-Mobile did not operate in their store any longer, luckily across the parking lot there is another T-Mobile store and we were able to buy the phone there. Well today 11/10/2023 my friend went into this T-Mobile store (3027 N San Fernando Rd, Unit 106, LA CA 9065) and he attempted to purchase a phone in full and activate it there - to his surprise he was told that he COULD PURCHASE A PHONE IN FULL NO PROBLEM!!!! ---> What gets me is how these people lie and inconvenience people like that, they should at least have some respect for an 87 year old "Blind" woman who simply wants to replace her phone, she is in no condition to be running around for hours looking for a place to buy a phone just because these people rejected her wish to buy a phone there. We talked to Armando the manager there, and to our surprise he turned around on us, saying that me and my aunt were rude at the store and that "we simply walked away" then proceeded to be sarcastic and so unprofessional in his speech and tone of voice! This group of people who work at that store are so unprofessional, lie and inconvenience customers just because they feel like it, then when you try and get an explanation or at least a simple apology they just laugh at you! Every time I called asking for the Manager they put on another one of their work buddies on the phone pretending to be the Manager, these people are not only unprofessional they are disrespectful even to an elderly woman who cannot speak for her self, and when you try to stand up for her they say that you are being rude and "hang out the phone" and laugh at you! We will be praying for each and every one of the workers of that horrible place, my advise to people is to stay away from this T-mobile store, The store on Los Felix Blvd near the Best Buy store is so much better take your business there or somewhere else. Because of this store and every one that works there, we will be leaving T-mobile after 9 years of being loyal customers with that company

Andrew is the man! Went in to upgrade our plan, get a phone trade in, and also to add a new line. Andrew was so helpful and patient. It took a little while because we had so much to do, but Andrew explained everything so well and was super nice. He also let us know that we could do a second phone trade in for free. So we ended up both getting an upgrade! I will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we need anything!

The 3 men who didn't help me out and work at this location are by far the most unprofessional workers I have ever met. They were very rude and did not help me what so ever. I called the store to see if they would be able to help me today and the wanted me to go to a T-Mobile 40+min away all because they "couldn't"help me. They also hung up on my call. These workers need serious evaluation.

The customer service was excellent! I came in with my aunt and mother to add me into their plan with a new line and new iPhone 14 pro and upgrade their current iPhones to the 14 pro max. We got an amazing deal that was 75% less than the quote we were given at another T-mobile location. The manager, I forgot his name, Derek, and the guy with the long ponytail were all very attentive and answered all our questions. They broke down the details and explained the best plan we could get without being pushy or rushing us to close the deal. We'll be going to this place from now on. Thank you!

They want charge you $35 each line for “activation” (click-clack 2 buttons) to transfer your number from one account to another. Despite support and other stores can bypass it. Check other carriers and stores before going there. Those people want to charge you for the air.

This is the worst of the worst experience at tmobile. They make up their own rules... No one in this place wants to genuinely help a customer. They just want to watch movies while working and order their pizza. Horrible Horrible servicem they so do not explain anything and they just want someone else to the job for them.

Jesse and Sebastian were incredibly rude and I did not appreciate their attitude. I felt like they were only worried about sales and quotas and not the customers feelings. Not the first T-Mobile I have felt unappreciated in and it will not be the last. Would not recommend!
