The staff at this store went above and beyond for me!! After I fell on the sidewalk and smashed my phone they helped me to get a new one. Best customer service I've ever had!!

terrible place. The employees don't try to explain or help. I took the phone on credit, it wasn’t delivered, and the money is being written off. they cannot cancel.

I had a truly terrible experience with T-Mobile that I feel compelled to share. My visit to their store turned into an ongoing nightmare. First, I walked in to change my phone number and buy a new iPhone. That should have been straightforward, right? Wrong.The confusion started the moment I walked out of the store for the first time that day. They somehow managed to mess up something as simple as changing my phone number, leaving me with a new number I didn't want. But that was just the beginning.Over the course of the day, I had to return to the store multiple times because every time I came back, something was still not done right. My eSIM IMEI registration was botched, my primary line had no cellular data, and my secondary phone number couldn't connect to the eSIM. It was a complete disaster.To make matters worse, during the payment process, I distinctly remember being presented with two insurance plans - basic protection and one that included screen protection for an additional cost. I chose the basic plan, thinking I was covered. Fast forward a few weeks, my phone was damaged and stolen in an unfortunate event.I thought at least I had insurance for my new phone, but when I returned to the branch, the representative had the audacity to tell me that I had no coverage. No explanations, no apologies, just a complete disregard for their promises.This has been the worst customer experience of my life. T-Mobile's incompetence and indifference have cost me time and money. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of T-Mobile if you value your sanity and expect even a modicum of competence and honesty from your service provider. This is a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers or the promises it makes. I got enrolled in Protection 360, but noone never did anything about it. So now I am with an old broken phone from T-mobile :( Feels terrible.

Got the run around between the customer service on phone and the store. I wasted hours for a simple matter and no way to get it resolved. I’ll never get those hours back. I recommend you don’t waste your time with T-Mobile!!

Westwood store was worthless. No customers but all employees sitting around talking. Requested they call other stores for particular phone stated they couldn't do that.The next T-mobile store was busy with many customers but employees were very informative and helpful. Worth the drive time.

I'm just not impressed at all. I was at Sprint forever and this was my first experience with a T-Mobile store and I am not impressed in any way shape or form.

Unprofessional and not trained properly even the manager don’t know what their plans offer. And they are trying to sell most expensive packages to you, as they are telling you because the lower price package does not have the function we want. In fact, every package has the function we need. Fortunately, I had this knowledge in other T mobile shops. I need to go with my family to get the family package, happens the location convenient to all of us. Don’t go this store, very bad. The review does not allow me to give 0 star.

The worst place to buy an iPhone. They require 40 days to unlock the phone and charge a restocking fee if it is returned within 14 days. Better to buy the phone from Apple or Best Buy

I have been there on 2 occasions, one with a friend and one to inquire about services. Both weren't positive. Admittedly, I arrived the second time 45 minutes before closing, however, my attempts to acquire info (with the intent on changing my service for both phone and internet) was met with very dismissive behavior and the feeling of "I just want to go home and not deal with customers attitude". I got the hint and left. This experience has certainly helped worsen my already "Time-Warner" customer service view of T-Mobile.
