Having a promo and not having a display sucks really bad uhh!! we’re almost on 2024 come on t-Mobil don’t offer something that your place is not going to have on display or at least to show it to us to see what are we buying because sometimes we get scam!!!!

I have been coming to this branch/office/store for a week to pay the bill, but have been able to do so because of the long lines. They need more people working here, they need air conditioning giving the people a little comfort as we stand in line sweating. If someone is buying a new phone and there is a line, why not take care of the bill payers first so they can get out of there...it's been 30 minutes so far and I'm still waiting. Where are the other t-mobile stores in los angeles??? When I finally approached the desk and extending a $100. bill, Angel was quick to tell me, "They didn't have change and I would have to get change". I informed Angel I just saw another customer give another agent a $100. bill and that agent went in the back and came back with change. Angel then retrieved a $100. bill from his cash draw, went to the back and came back with change. Is this the way a customer is to be treated after waiting for over 30 minutes and then going to be refused service based on a lie?

Returning equipment at this location because the Spectrum on La Cienega is no longer open. There are 5 customers waiting for help and ONE employee who is moving very slowly. Might have to try again some other time. Brings new meaning to SpectrumOne.

Workers do not want to work here, no one helps, everyone just wants to go home. Not even a "hi" or "how can I help you" this one associate couldn't be done with me faster, one word answer and walked away. I'm like please show me that you hate your job. I'm done with T-Mobile.

Cesar was very help and knowledgeable about when help me solve my service issues he was able to get a hold of tech-support for me and get a new Sim card for myself for my phone will be making my next big purchase at T-Mobile with Cesar. He deserves a raise and deserves employee of the month,

There Customer service is terrible there answer is always I dont know, I suggest driving 15 mins more and go to the one on La Cienega 364 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048. Best customer service!

If you give your time value never get in this store, if you value your money, don't buy anything from them. Because of the system problem I couldn't make a single purchase and they made me pay some itens in cash. These items that were under insurance. Later on i tried to exchange it and never happened. I came in 4 times to try do that. Today I went back to give back the gateway internet from then that of course didn't worked and couldn't do anything. The people working there had no respect for other people's time in line, very disorganized, they look at the costumer with that eyes judging you from head to toe. Snobby people think they are better than us.I tell the information and he pretended was taking notes and never even got it right. I give up on T-Mobile because T-Mobile sucks. I'm up to a new carrier after all this headaches.
