This store’s procedures seem to belong to this location only, not to other Target stores in LA.
Surprisingly, even the cashier Marisol and the service engagement leader Dalilah were neither helpful nor friendly.
It’s really sad to experience this as a loyal Target customer—especially when this happens only at this store

I shop at a lot of Targets for a delivery service gig company. This store has some of the most miserable and unhappy store associates I’ve ever met. They don’t look you in the eyes and everyone has an attitude. I don’t get it. I will go to any Target but this one. To management—your employees are ruining this location.

needed help with a $700 purchase in their tech department, stood around for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. pushed the help button several times and literally watched workers walking away so they dont have to help!!

Nice Target. Clean, well stocked, decent grocery area and a helpful staff. Easy returns, but parking can be hectic and rather challenging.

They should be hiring people with intellectual disabilities and not getting rejected from the decline email. The manager at Target should hire people with intellectual disabilities. Not get rejected because of somone's developmental intellectual disability.

Very unfortunate, nothing like the team at the other La Cienega. We were very excited to get a target here in pico and roberston but after 2 years there are no signs of change. I only wrote this in hopes that target management sees this and acts on it. I have yet to see someone smile at a customer, or not be rude when asked a question, or loom like they hate their job. The safe seams to mostly have attitude and really either dont want to help or dont want to be there. Do not try returning anything here always a battle, they really find every reason not to give you the refund, not trying to take advantage just not getting the same target treatment as anywhere else.
Good luck target this location will bring your rep down.

Epic fail for target this time around. Was about to go in and shop. And then in front of the entrance I see a deranged big man defecating by the trash bin. One of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my entire life. Where was security? I usually see them or one of them there. Would give one star but target has a good selection. But y'all need to do better. This is completely unacceptable.
