I am super upset. I went to this new location last weekend and fell in love with a pair of pants. I was told I sadly could not purchase them until the following Friday when the merchandiser came in. I set my alarm and have been waiting to go get them. I called and was told they were sold. They were not sold today but prior in the week. I feel like being told you can't purchase something and you have to wait then being told they were sold to someone else is extremely bad customer service.

Great vintage and second hand store. I found a pair of orange tab Levi’s 550s in great condition!

Love The Bearded Beagle. To the people mentioning the prices; It is not just a thrift store, it is a vintage store so prices are a bit higher. You are paying for the curation of what they carry vs spending hours sifting through a goodwill rack. I love a good warehouse thrift store with low prices but I don't think you can compare the two.

The Bearded Beagle is a cool vintage/consignment shop in my hood. I often walk by and admire the window displays, which are cleverly curated, and stop in from time to time to see what is new. The clothing racks are spread out and aren't cramped, which makes it easier to sift through the clothes. Everything is categorized and well organized. I passed by on a Sunday evening and noticed a vintage New Orleans Saints Tee on one of the mannequins. It was unique because it had the Tasmanian Devil (Looney Tunes) wearing Saints gear. I made a mental note to come back when they were opened to get it. I was back on Monday and asked the salesperson about it. She said that items in the window are available for purchase on Fridays, but I could pay for it now and pick it up on Friday. She told me the price and said it was an XL. I was bummed because I'm an XS. Since I'm a die-hard Saints fan, I thought about going back on Friday to pick it up just so I could have it. It was vintage after all. Of course, I was busy and didn't make it to the store. On Saturday I received a text from a friend, who also lives in my neighborhood, asking if he could stop by and drop something off that he had for me. When he arrived he handed me a gift bag and said, "It's a little late but Happy Birthday." Imagine my surprise when I opened it and saw the vintage New Orleans Saints Tee that I had been eyeing from Bearded Beagle. I guess it was meant to be! We both agreed that with a little altering I could make it work and would be able to wear it during Football Season. Tip: Metered parking on the street and free parking on surrounding side streets.

Amazing vintage finds here. The owners do such a great job of curating a wide variety of pieces. There is something for everyone! Also, they have the BEST staff at both locations! Super welcoming and friendly. Also, very Covid safe practices!

First off, I was immediately drawn to this place because of the entrance decor above the door. I mean, how cool is it to walk in to a store that is covered by a web of weaving shards of metal before you walk in? Probably the coolest entrance to a clothing store I've ever seen.

Extremely high priced for a thrift shop if you ask me. At least with the Salvation Army or with Goodwill you know that they will give back in some way, contrary to this establishment who chase and humiliate homeless people outside of their store. Would not go again based on prices and human decency. I advise others to look into other establishments that will give back to the community instead of sell something that is used solely for their personal profit.

The curation is pretty solid but prepare this outing as a treat to yourself because the prices are high. A good handful of my vintage purchases in the past few years have been from here and I love them dearly. Come here for their denim rack if anything! My one issue with the Bearded Beagle, and what's giving me a hard time wanting to come back, is the unwelcoming energy from the staff. It can feel uncomfortable shopping there sometimes, especially during off hours when there aren't many customers but a handful of people behind the counter. The whispering and giggling is unprofessional and I've heard extremely rude comments from them while they go through the clothes people bring in to sell. Other than that, the clothing selection is wonderful and their music is rocking. It's a fun little afternoon trip.

Overpriced. Rude staff. What else was I expecting from a hipster store? 1 star for the selection.

great store. unique on-trend as well as timeless quality pieces. price is mostly appropriate to the items, tees seem a little high (they have pretty good ones though) but great deals for denim and dresses imo.

Awesome selection of jeans! Both of my daughters found a couple pairs of jeans and shirts. Kind of pricey, but the clothing is in mint condition and my daughters wear the jeans all the time. They have a great clearance section when we walked in! We will definitely be back when up in LA again

super cute stuff and really well organized, pricey for a thrift store but when you consider the quality of items & organization it's not bad, so don't expect goodwill prices, this is a more high end and trendy shop.

Prices on par with Etsy if not more ridiculous... $70+ very basic prominently stained (with paint) jeans.. $60 jeans with torn belt loop...i thought the other high end thrift stores in Los Feliz (Squaresville, Replay) were pricey but this is another level. And $37 neat but also basic wildlife t shirt ... come on now. Staff is nice enough

Lots of great stuff for men and women at this thrift shop!
