I bought the vanilla bean cold brew ND let me tell you. I don't like cold brew half the time unless there's a ton of sugar. I'm a horrible person who has coffee in their sugar, I know! But this cold brew?!! This is one of the few times where I didn't add any sugar. It was bitter, but the amount of sugar was just enough for me to taste the coffee and the vanilla bean. The sugar wasn't overwhelming and that's a good thing!I know I'm not making sense, but it is just enough sugar. I've never had that happen. Even when using Dunkin or Starbucks but here, I didn't need to add anything. Definitely will come back! Also the staff were nice!Parking: The parking area is small. When I pulled in, I tried not to hit anyone else.

So not impressed with this location. EVERY TIME I ask for my hot drink to be made extra hot, it is given to me warm. I'm not a warm coffee drinker. It has to be HOT. I go through the drive thru usually as I am on the go a lot and don't have time to stop in. So know this, the staff DO NOT LISTEN to your order requests. There is another drive thru on Venice Blvd I will try. But failing that back to Starbucks I go.Update-July 2021 - this location is terrible for customer service. I asked for extra hot drinks and they came lukewarm. Then because I asked that they are remade, they gave me a barely halfway filled small cup. I see, when I ask for a cup of coffee made extra hot, the punishment is to give the customer less. I won't be back.UPDATE 2024: This location had a HUGE line for drive thru. Apparently harassing the staff is enough to open up the doors though when their supposed to be closed. They have construction happening and their doors were closed. Now they opened them up.

First time visiting this coffee bean and the customer service that I received from Brenda was extremely professional. My order was repeated to me as well as my change. I recommend this coffee bean to anyone that likes coffee.

I prefer ordering through the app and picking up through the drive thru because when I ordered in person they took 20 minutes for 2 iced blendeds, and everyone who came after us got their drinks within minutes. Luckily I don't have anywhere to be, but the wait was really unheard of for two drinks. They didn't even start on our drinks til they saw one of us at the pickup area. Mind you we were inside the whole time at a table just waiting for our order to be called out , we even checked twice Incase we missed them calling us, but nope, they had just not started on them .

I can understand why there is a Starbucks across the street from this Coffee Bean. The service here is terrible and it takes them a long time to prepare even a simple mango tea, sometimes up to 10 minutes. When you finally get your drink, it tastes like the tea or the mango syrup was left open in the fridge. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the food either, as it's always burnt. If you ask for a replacement, they take their time even though they were the ones who made it burnt in the first place.

Every time I go through the drive thru, they’re out of the things I want after waiting 30 minutes when there was only two cars in front of me. Then proceeds to tell me their toaster is broken after already waiting an additional ten minutes and have already paid for my food.

I sat at the drive-through for 15 minutes watching four people chat to each other, and one person make my drinking incorrectly. The staff here is garbage.

TERRIBLE service. I have been going to the coffee bean for years and the wait at this particular location is horrendous. No one should have to wait at least 30 minutes for two coffees.

I had to wait a while at 5am because she did not want to unlock the doors. I called couple of times no answer! Then I knocked the door! She mentioned someone is sleeping at the front ? and after I was able to get in, I had to wait for her to put all chairs down and open the curtains before giving my order. Such a beautiful way to start my morning ?She was also not nice to me at all because I think I bothered her with coming so early to have my coffee!Please, be happy with what you are doing. You have a wonderful job, bring happiness and smile!!Aha, the guy was sleeping there at the chair came in and ordered thing just like me after all ?

The absolute WORST service at this Coffee Bean! If you dont want to waste your time and raise your blood pressure, DO NOT come here. They don't even deserve one star.

Well, not sure why mobile orders are never ready and made only when I ask for my order. Never mind waiting for one of the employees to look at me - but that happens at all coffee shops. Am I the only one experiencing this? This never happens at El Segundo, Playa Vista, Venice Blvd, Crenshaw Blvd. Not sure why mobile orders are forgotten. Good thing you drink tasted excellent. I'm not here to get people into trouble, rather trying to help improve service.
