Has a very upscale chic vibe, and the staff was pretty nice. The only problem that I had was there was a dent on the trunk of my rental that wasn't there before I had them valet the car. And I know that it wasn't there because I actually rent cars out and I do a thorough walk around of the vehicle whenever I rent them for myself. Also, it's right by the button to press to open the trunk.

They are disgusting and shameless, they keep the money from an extra charge for the reservation and they wash their hands by telling me the following answer:
Hello Maria,
On our end the deposit should have reflected back into your banking account we can provide you a copy of your final bill you can send to your bank, Also keep in mind that any charges to the room does come out the deposit but we suggest verifying via a credit card statement from your bank as well.
Don't stay in this hotel because they are thieves

I was very excited to try this hotel, as I had walked past it many times while staying at the hotel next-door. So I thought I would venture out and try a new hotel. The prices seemed pretty reasonable to me and I like the fact that you could bring your dog complementary I mainly went off the pictures and how it looked from the outside walking by, unfortunate I was very disappointed when I arrived the pictures really do not match how the hotel looks in person. My first sign that maybe the hotel was not that greatest was a very strange odor in the hallway I think perhaps the carpets need to be cleaned properly. The room was cute, but not very functional with it’s heavy doors to the bathrooms and difficult lights to navigate turning on and off, the biggest disappointment was when I went to the rooftop bar and was informed it doesn’t even open till 5 o’clock which the main pool was the main reason for me wanting to go to this hotel. The patio furniture cushions were laying next to the pool and looked very dirty and unappealing. At this point I decided only to stay one night because I had already paid for two nights in advance. Another factor that’s an issue is there’s quite a bit of noise that keeps you up from the hallway so if the rooms definitely meet better insulation on the doors. I think this is the perfect hotel for young people just looking to crash and not so concerned about the small details. The price was relatively good until you add all of the taxes and fees in and it’s not really so much of a value considering the other things. I do appreciate the manager Andre working with me to credit me for the second night so that I could go to another hotel. I think what could’ve been done differently is when I expressed concern about these items after checking in only two hours, the top management to say that they are sorry that I’m not satisfied and give me a credit and allow me to check out. The hotel is definitely not my cup of tea, but it might work perfectly for someone else.

Loved the experience of staying at this Art Deco Style hotel, very well designed and embellished. Would love a little brighter lighting though. The Staff and service are exceptional here! Thanks for the hospitality.

They are overpriced tiny rooms. They charge $155 fee daily for a destination fee. My room air was not working properly. It wasn't a good experience staying at the hoxton Hotel. The bar maid couldn't make a bloody mary to save her life. I wish we had stayed at the embassy hotel. Service was not very good. They act like they don't know anything the girl at the front desk had us booked for one day instead of five. We had a confirmation, but they still screwed it up. Talking , we gotta check out and in every day. Don't come to this hotel.

It was amazing!
Even though we forgot to ask the names we wanted to do a special shout out to 2 wonderful people! first was the gentleman that checked us in (to refer to who he was, he had a casket around his leg), he was amazing! We inquired if it was possible if there was a room available with 2 beds, since we booked the wrong room type, and he was so accommodating about it! And all the other things that we needed to know about he told us so perfectly, so we knew what we could expect.
Second is the girl that was working in the early evening on the day that we checked out, she told us she has only been here for a week, but some people can learn a lot from her! She was so sweet and we had a lovely chat with her.
The hotel overall is also just great! Lovely rooms, nice restaurants and goo location. There is a metro about a 15-minute walk that takes you to Hollywood in 20 minutes!
Unfortunately, there was one person at the front desk we are less positive about. But we don't want to make this review about them, we all have our good and bad days.
I hope that this message will reach the right people; to let them know they are doing a lovely job.
