I bought a 4×4 drive vehicle from them roughly 2 weeks ago the 1st week I take it back in because the quit workig and now the car does work it take off buy it self and hit my car with my car it the the front tires and moto broke off the cars are not good here

Initial service is great in the store but there is an issue I have with a bike I purchased and cannot get in contact with anyone to confirm I can bring it back for help. I have left several messages and texts with no response. We went to the store on Saturday but no one was there.

Literally this place was a life saver!!!! My daughter has been asking for a white ride-on truck for Christmas from Santa for months now and we could not find one ANYWHERE for a reasonable price! We had been looking everywhere and were SO relieved when we found The Merchandise Man! They had sooooo many to choose from. Also, the customer service was impeccable. So excited we discovered this gem and will be coming back for all future needs! Thank you, thank you l, thank you. Not to be dramatic, but y'all saved Christmas for us this year! Lol

I can't believe I was so fortunate to have found this place! I've been searching for a parent control ride on for my two boys as their Xmas gift. I first bought a GMC truck for them off of Walmart online, but it never arrived because the shipment got delayed by a month so I decided to just ask for a refund instead. But good thing that happen or else I would of never found this place! I saw their add off of Facebook and decided to give it a try and check it out. And thank goodness I did! I found a better ride on for the boys at the same cost but bigger! They have everything from power wheels, bikes, different electronics, and so much toys for kids! They have great fair prices and all new in the box! George and Frank were so helpful and gave me a great deal! And if you pay extra they assemble it for you and I'm so glad they did because the ride on is huge! Arty and Kenny were the ones who assembled it and did an amazing job with it and helped put it in my van. This business is like a mini warehouse and takes cash only so bring lots of it cause you'll be spending a lot from all the great stuff they have to offer! Thanks so much guys! Definitely give this place a chance and take a look around! Will definitely come back once my daughter is older I'll get something for her too!

I showed up to pick up a white UTV MX and all of the guys were ready to help me. They offered to put the car together for me for a small extra charge and we're done in a very timely manner. My niece is going to be so excited for her new Christmas present!
