What an amazing honeymoon we had! We stayed the last five days of our honeymoon at the Los Angeles Ritz-Carlton in a junior suite. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service. The executive lounge is a really nice addition to the suites, and the staff there were exceptional as well. As loyal Marriott elite members, we were impressed with all your amenities. All your staff made a point to learn our names. The hotel was decorated beautifully and is in a great location in the center of LA Live with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas. Thank you for the luxurious stay!

This is about as much of a Ritz Carlton as the Wolfgang Pucks at the airport are Spago. Minimal services, no breakfast nor lunch restaurant. Tiny pool with no food or beverage service. There are SO many better options in LA. Avoid at all costs.

The Ritz-Carlton in LA truly exceeded my expectations. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, I can confidently say that this one stands out in several ways. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The hotel itself is incredibly elegant, with a refined, high-end ambiance that sets it apart from other places I’ve stayed.
One of the best features is its prime location—just a short walk from the Crypto.com Arena, which made attending events there so convenient. I had a room with an amazing view of the city, and waking up to that every morning was a treat in itself. The attention to detail in both the design and service was impressive, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless.
The combination of luxury, location, and service truly sets the Ritz-Carlton LA apart from many other hotels I’ve visited. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience and sophistication. I absolutely loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return!

This was the best hotel we stayed at. The attention to detail from the start and check in was amazing! We were traveling for a birthday and they surprised us with champagne and cake in the room after we went to the pool! Everyone remembers you when you walk in and the pool service was amazing and the food service was great! Would stay again! Thank you Ritz for an amazing and memorable stay!

I would recommend it in a way that if you’re getting rooms for any discounted prices grab it and enjoy the amenities of hotel even if you are not planning on any stay or any. It’s too good

We enjoyed a fantastic stay for our son’s birthday. The wonderful Ladies and Gentlemen truly went above and beyond to make our son feel special and celebrated, especially Victoria! Upon arrival there were balloons in our room, a hand written birthday card and they had made a custom cake for him. Marilyn in reception was brilliant and ensured that our room was perfect. The lounge team was exceptional and we can’t thank everyone enough (especially Victoria for the amazing birthday celebration)! We highly recommend this property and their team!

My family of six booked two rooms on the club lounge floor solely so that we could have dinner and then play cards and board games in the lounge before bed without having to go out after sightseeing all day. Unfortunately Cameron in the lounge ruined this experience by being extremely aloof and rude to us. He was apparently the only one who could make cocktails (there is no bar - you have to ask him to make them in the back somewhere) but he never once offered to get us a drink. We would have to seek him out and ask him each time after sitting with empty glasses for half an hour, despite tipping him $10 per round! He made us feel like we were bothering him each time. While there were never more than ten guests in the lounge, on both nights of our stay they ran out of hot food. Victoria was so so sweet and promised us Cameron would get more food but he never did and her shift unfortunately ended an hour before his so we just sat with empty plates and empty glasses in a lounge we had paid over $1000/night for. Aside from him all the other staff in the hotel were fantastic. The passes for the grammy museum were a nice touch. As mentioned by others, the room assignment was a bit weird. My two sisters got a big room with two sinks yet my family of four got a smaller room with only one sink. They also got a bunch more amenities than us, e.g. bath salts, a loofah.... These were minor issues for us though. If it weren't for Cameron we would definitely return to this hotel next time we are in LA.
Rooms: Comfy beds and a nice big tub which is so hard to find in hotels these days! There is a TV in the bathroom mirror which is pretty cool.
Food and drinks: The hors d'oeuvres in the club lounges are delicious but there are very very few. They put out about five at a time!
Noteworthy details: The club lounge does not have a bar -you have to ask the manager to go make you a drink in the back. There are a lot of things included in the destination fee but you aren't told them - we found them in an envelope in the room on our second day there therefore missed a few.

The service here is truly top notch! We had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning but the staff went and beyond to make things right. I mean things happen but the way u are treated during those times leave a lasting impression and this place truly delivered. Me and my husband travel often and Ritz Carlton will be our number 1 pick. Thank you for a great week— everything was exceptional. Mr and Mrs Raji

We so loved the service here! We were offered celebratory drinks at check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to find the best food in the area. We’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.
