Today was the second time I had my car detailed inside and out by Roldan’s, and I’m beyond satisfied. Not only do they do a great job, but they are incredibly friendly and trustworthy. They’re also accommodating to find a good spot to do the work. Highly recommend!

I never clean my car. I'd say about 6-7 years of nastiness developed over my Jetta; unremovable stocky mold in my cupholders, my floors covered in hard to vacuum hay, some weird adhesive substance on my window that wouldn't come off with a metal scalraper, etc. I need to sell it, so I used these guy to try and detail my car.
I was skeptical at first (given the relatively low price and the unanimous 5 star ratings), but I haven't had a problem! Car genuinely looks as clean as it could be, much cleaner than I was expecting, inside and out. I'm amazed! My only regret is not taking before-pictures so you could see how disgusting my car was. I almost forgot my car was even white.
Really nice people, too. I park on the street, so they detailed my car in a nearby alley. At one point, a garbage truck even made them move. The cleaners were super friendly and patient despite all of the inconveniences! I'd highly recommend.

I’ve very particular about my cars and have gone through quite a few companies. This company is on point with all aspects of service. They are on time, professional and most importantly, pay attention to detail when the service your vehicle. I recently had my S- Class go through an exterior detail and it was well worth the money. Back again for another Detailing. The Roldan's are the Absolute Best Auto Detailing and Mobile Detailing in all of Los Angeles. My Second Time. Last time I did the Best Detail. This time I did the Basic Detail. They come on time to my Garage, do the best service and take the time to do it. Always very nice and helpful. They do the absolute best service and are kind and trusting people. I will continue to have them do detailing on my vehicle on a regular basis since they do such an exceptional job. Thanks so much for the best service, like no other detailing in all of California ever all of I had in Santa Barbara or here in LA or the Westside.

i was in the need of a last minute detail for my subie and found the roldan's off of yelp and i have to say i'm extremely satisfied with the service! they were very quick to respond and booking was super easy. i booked online yesterday for a vip detail which includes the inside and outside of the car and it is spotless (and for such a reasonable price)!! all of my concerns/ needs were addressed and my car looks amazing! i couldn't be happier! thanks so much again!

I hired The Roldan's for general car detail. Pros: The service was quick & convenient. The job was so fast and convenient that I requested to book bi-weekly cleanings with them to start on Aug 7, 2023. They even offered a discount rate but now it makes since why...Cons: 1. They don't use air freshener and whatever deodorizer they use is insufficient. The stench of red onions from the pizza I picked up the night before hit me as soon as I opened the door. I asked about air freshener, they told me they use an order neutralizer instead which did not work in my case. But that wasn't a deal breaker as I could buy my own air freshener. 2. The deal breaker came the day after the detail, I drove my car for the first time since the cleaning, turned on the air conditioner (AC), went to adjust the air vent and the knob fell off onto the car floor. It had been broken and put back in place. In that moment I sent a text message to The Roldan's, see screen shots of text communication. They were kind in their reaponse, admitted cleaning the air vent with a "soft bristle brush" but denied breaking the knob.They also say that if something did brake they would have told me. They continued to take the position that they only cleaned the air vent. Here's where the math ain't mathin...The moment I tried to move/adjust the air vent the knob immediately fell off. There's no way possible they could have cleaned the vent with a "soft bristle brush" and the knob NOT fall off IF it were already broken before they touched it. Absolutely impossible. It just doesn't make since. I have a 06 BMW, I'm not looking to scam anyone my car is old BUT it runs well and looks great because I take care of my ish. Why would I leave a useless broken piece of hardware in place if touching it causes it to fall?? It's summer, I use my AC daily. Before wash, I walked them around the car to point out what things to know like my passenger rear door being broke so they would know how to handle during cleaning. Why wouldn't I mention the AC vent if I knew it was broken?Why wouldn't I just remove the darn piece since it's useless? I drove the car the night before. Furthermore, IF it was broken before the Roland's cleaning, there are only two logical outcomes: 1. The already broken knob falls off durning the "soft bristle brush" cleaning and they put it back in place and let me know when they hand me the keys that the air vent knob is broken OR 2. The already broken knob falls off durning "soft bristle brush" cleaning and they put the piece in the console and tell me about it when they hand me the keys. Neither of those things happened. There's absolutely no way under the sun they can admit to cleaning the vent with a "soft bristle brush" which means motion and they didn't experience the already broken knob falling off OR shifting at the least. It's just not possible. As a small business owner myself, I sympathize with the situation, had they been honest about it I was more than willing to work something out especially since I had already requested regular scheduled cleanings but to straight out lie about it in the face of facts shows lack of integrity. A business must be willing to face accountability in difficult situations just as they would for a job well done no matter the size of the business. I'm certain it wasn't intentional but breaking someone's property and blatantly lying about it is unethical and conniving. Maintaining such an obvious lie in the face of fact based truth is just immoral and shows bad character. The whole thing is dumb. To think I'd set them up by leaving a broken part in place is stupid. I don't have small children and no one else drives my car. The cameras in my building show that my car didn't move after The Roldan's cleaned it until the next day when I contacted them. The amazing team at The Roldan's Mobile Detailing absolutely made my day. I have a well loved (old) 4Runner that has taken more than it's fair share of abuse over the last 25 years. But after the hours of work put into detailing it today it feels about as close to brand new as possible. The team was so detail oriented and every nook and cranny received attention and just sparkles. They were flexible (I had to change the location last minute), punctual (2 minutes early), and very professional. For the amount of work done it was more than worth the price. I will be booking them again and again for both our cars as well as recommending them to anyone in need of mobile detailing.

Mario and his colleague were professional and communicative from the get go. The booking process was easy as they have their services and information clearly listed on their website. The day of the appointment, they were so on time! And did such a great job taking care of my car. Took around 2ish hours. I'd definitely use their service again and would recommend them to people.
