I'm delighted that this store is so close to me (less than a mile), and I've been very impressed with the staff. Only one small complaint: The UPS guy on the truck advised that notary service would be $10, and it turned out to be $15 (though this wasn't really a problem with the guys at the UPS outlet). I've found them to be friendly and efficient.

There’s absolutely no parking at all (at least legally)It’s all red blocks in front of the store and I called in to ask the parking situation and they just told me that there’s no parking at all LOL

Awful customer service, the high and mighty worker ( Michael ) who is at the cashier proceeded to be rude and offensive from the moment we walked in the door , refusing to do exactly what Amazon has paid them to do to return an item. What a joke, if you ever you wonder why UPS has issue Michael is a beaming example of the lack of customer service skills.

I shipped a package out and misplaced my receipt so I called the store and asked if they could give me my tracking number, which I know they have the ability to do since I’ve worked at one. The lady on the phone was new and refused to help me or give the phone to someone more experienced because they were closing, but I knew that they would be closing soon so i made sure to call 30 minutes before. They told me to call back tomorrow so I could speak to a manager, she then ended the call on me. it would’ve taken 2 minutes to find my tracking number but they refused to even attempt.

I was getting my three very large boxes out of my car and didn't make it to the door until 4:01. The employee had locked the door and told me he couldn't help me. HORRIBLE customer service. ONE minute?! When you clearly saw me unloading my car right in front of your door.

This review is only for 1 person. Everyone else is great but this person. I live on the other side of the block, so, I'm very family with this location. I was moving and I needed a mailbox. I understand their protocol, it's not that I don't understand it, but it's how this woman makes me that I'm stupid. She's very authoritative! This is not my first interaction with her. She's a Latin decent with shoulder length hair and heavy set. I'm still in the store and she's talking crap about me. I know she said crap about me because I can see the other girl looking at me. You try so hard to be nice, but this person is just miserable and she think so highly of herself because you needed something. Get another job if you don't want to help customers.

Ive been going to this location for 2-3 years now, and about 3-5 times a week. I only go to this location out of convenience , that's it! By far the worstttt UPS store location ever! I really hope The owner reads my review since I know these are all independently owned franchises. The staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. They don't know how to smile, and even for that quick five minutes that I'm there to drop off an Amazon return, I feel like the life is sucked out of me due to their nasty energy. I don't want to criticize anybody about their looks, but that doesn't help either since it looks like several of their male employees don't know what a comb is. They look very sloppy and just straight out rude who don't know anything about customer service. I can't recall any other establishment that has these types of workers. One time I was there at 7:02 PM, just two minutes after their closing, and they saw I had tons of boxes, and they just nodded their head that they're closed. How pathetic is that right? Lol. Well it's these types of kids, most likely they are 18 to 22 year olds that do sub par work, get off on having some type of " authority " over the customer and end up slumming through life and demanding higher wages. My post is not an over exaggeration, you can go there any Time of day, and you will encounter such employees. Except the owner, I think it was the owner, who was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Another time I saw one of the male workers vacuuming before closing, and the look on his face looks like he hated the world lol. Dear owner, please teach your workers to smile and be pleasant!! And read the other negative reviews from Others; clearly I'm not the only one

Jason is amazing. On 12/9/22 I came here to the 1360 Figueroa st , after an horrible experience at the ups location at 645 w 9th street the day prior to this . I shipped 8 boxes two separate times within the same day . Jason was kind and informative. The manager was kind as well. This is the best location in DTLA. The efficiency,kindness and informative, thank you Jason for your help today .

Just avoid this UPS store if you can. The customer service here is just so incompetent and unprofessional that it's not worth your energy. I feel like they are just thinking of ways to tell you no rather than thinking of ways to be of service. Hopefully the owners here eventually want better for their company and release these workers who don't care about their customers which is the same thing as not caring about their business. There's a better UPS right down the street on Flower. We have choices.

UPS should sell their company to someone who actually trains their employees. They are terrible at deliveries and when they're called they provide terrible customer service. Avoid UPS as much as possible they are trash.

Nowhere to park because of food trucks can't get a good signal on phone while inside store so they can scan your qr code had to go outside for a good signal, but the staff are really pleasant patient and eager to help.
