Ash and his team go absolutely above and beyond to meet my needs all the time. There is a reason why this UPS has such high ratings compared to all others around.

This is a wonderful UPS store! The staff working there are all very nice and helpful. Specially, Ash helped me print, package, and ship a few custom orders. He was very fast and had a great attitude. Will be going to this location from now on!

Friendliest service of any UPS store I've been to in the westside. The staff are extremely efficient and attentive and always seem actually happy to be there.

Been using this store since it opened. Parking is easy as it is in a large strip mall with a generous sized parking lot and several street entrances with Ralphs and CVS, laundry, Pollo Loco, Sees, and a variety of other stores. The staff are always super polite and helpful and rarely have to stand in line. I used to go to the UPS Store at Olympic and Sawtelle but the parking there is a nightmare, the store is cramped, and you almost always have to stand in line. So this has been a huge improvement for our neighborhood.

Excellent parking. The workers are friendly and very quick. They are open on Sundays and they always have a notary which is great for me when I work all week. Also i was able to mail out my documents with the post office and it was a far greater experience than the actual post office. I will return with all my mailing needs

The staff was so nice. I wasn’t even in the store yet just parked outside. They saw me through the window and came to my car and helped me with my boxes because I had my hands full with my 2 year old daughter. What great people!

Quality service with great staff! Services include shipping, boxing for custom sized pieces, fair prices, very accommodating, and now my go to neighbourhood UPS store for mail, copy fax printer packaging, notary, shredder for sensitive documents and they also sell boxes tape envelopes and stationary. Parking lot is super convenient too with the dry cleaner, Vons, CVS, dentist, See's candy, Sally's and GOLFTEC.

Do not come to this location. They will charge you for every single thing. After i bought a box for my package they wanted to charge me more money to tape it up for me. Also $9 dollars for a box they may have been 16x16. They charge a $2 printing fee plus a charge per page after that. I've been to other locations that have recycled boxes that they'll give you for free.

Update 2: OK, I have bumped it up to 4*. Went in this morning to pick up my package after getting a notification it's been delivered to the access point. Thankfully, owner was there, because the first guy at the counter, after verifying my name, address, and seeing my package slip, all 3 of which is quite sufficient as proof it's me, he asked me for an ID. I said I have my student ID because it never said to bring a state-issued ID, and I don't generally walk around with my passport, let alone ever in an area of homeless people. I actually had plans to walk under the bridge in that area, which is what we call in LA a "tent city". You can get mugged, robbed, even murdered any minute. I wear my worst clothes when I go there, never with my passport. So, anyway, the clerk said student ID is not accepted and has to be something like passport or license or something with an address on it. I was obviously pissed first thing in the morning given the urgency of my package and it being the 3rd time I have run into issues with it. But the owner accepted my student ID, which even has my picture (do they seriously think it's that easy to forge a student ID?), and gave me the package. Not 5* because 1) I probably would be screwed if the owner wasn't around, 2) all the personnel should be on the same page with the policies, not give different stories, and 3) the owner kept accusing me of mishearing the clerk, saying he did add "address OR NAME", but, in actuality, my main issue is he explicitly rejected my student ID. Anyway, I am going to leave better instructions if I ever get a signed delivery through UPS again.Update 1: The owner replied saying they have no control over this and it's UPS' corporate side that is screwing up. So I am changing it to 3* for now since the store clerk was at least good.Previous Review: Why do UPS drivers never, ever just knock or ring the bell like a normal delivery person and just rush to somehow put this dreadful, abhorrent notice on people's doors? As an introvert myself, I don't think the problem here is that UPS drivers are introverts. However, EVERY single time I have had a package that requires signature or something for pickup that I have kept inside my home just behind the door, they NEVER even knock.I had an extremely important package today that I needed TODAY. I told my roommate about the 2-hour window they will come in and to stay in the living room during that period so he can open the door immediately before the driver can run away. Nope, not enough. They sneaked into our property, plastered that dreadful message and did not even deliver it to the access point 2 minutes away from me but 20 minutes away from me. Actually, it's almost midnight and they haven't even delivered it yet. I stopped by on my way back home to try picking it up, but it will take a whopping 24 hours to get it there. Seriously, UPS, you have just one job: do it right.

The owner of this store Ash and his staff are amazing. They take care of you like you are family. They are honest and helpful and take the time to help find solutions for your shipping needs. There is a ups store down the street from where I live but the customer service there is not the same as this location. I will drive the extra 15 mins to come to this location whenever I need to drop or ship items.

This is a new UPS store for me and I was delighted to be helped by the manager, Ash, who helped me navigate through a bungled Amazon drop-off return. He and his colleague were kind, patient, and stayed open later so that we could complete the return. I will be coming back here and really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!
