They consistently take my items for consignment and I tend to have some cash to buy more items from their store! At this point half of my closet is Trove lol. I love coming here and prices are very fair for good quality, used, sometimes designer items”

“This is the best vintage store i have ever been to. It is like a whimsical, magical beautiful place full of all the most special and perfectly curated clothing items. The ambiance, styling and overall quantity of high fashion and vintage items blows any other quaint vintage shop out the water. I saw it from Santa Monica blvd, and stopped in. Ended up spending more than an hour inside carefully looking through items. Finding gems! There is a plethora of accessories, pins, jewelry, you name it really. You have to come here while you're in town!!!”

“I am so horrible with names. But I JUST left the store. Praise and nothing but LOVE and RESPECT for Salem and his coworker (omg...I can't believe i forgot his name..super nice guy working the cash register with Salem).
BOTH young men encountered much older men that were homeless. Both young men treated these much older men with compassion, dignity and absolute respect. I was humbled by Salem's coworker because I found myself being judgemental and this young man was listening to the needs of the man.
I was wrong. So wrong
I stopped and looked at the man and he had no pants on. It is COLD outside! The young man told the gentleman to go get what he needed to stay warm. No hesitation
I offered to cover the cost...he said it was ok. This is what they are here for.
I have no way to soothe my guilt..lent begins tomorrow. Jesus comes in many forms....I have alot of hard lessons in the next 40 days..something tells me.

So thankful for Chanel and her customer service in a recent find, she took it upon herself to make sure I was getting a product that had all the parts, and took the extra time to get me all the information I needed for the purchase. Tip: they have an instagram which showcases their promotions and new arrivals and their website it also great place to explore their items!”

“Walking through the crowded aisles is like walking through that warehouse at the end of "Raiders of the Lost Ark." Whether or not you are looking for something in particular, you will find something here... Actually you will find many "somethings" as this place is a cornucopia of interesting items. Mid-century modern furniture seems to be in abundance, but turn of the century cuckoo clocks, lamps, and pretty much anything else you can imagine are yours to find; Just make sure you have a few hours to actually go through the isles, this is not a place for a cursory review. Staff is great. As for value... what is the value of a treasure?”

Other chain thrift stores have raised their prices, but not the quality of product, while this store had one gem after another. I can't wait to see what I find there next time. Employees were kind and chill and lent a hand when we needed help.Luis, the Owner of the shop helped my family out. We were looking for a hospital bed for my immobile sister and he actually had one. We told him how she became disabled, and how we had been struggling to look for a hospital bed. Luis had sympathy for us and actually offered the bed for free. Initially we denied and tried to compromise for such a resourceful item but he insisted. He told us that if we truly needed it to take it. At that point we didn't hesitate to agree. He willingly put his intent to profit to the side, and for this we could not be any more grateful. Thank you, Luis.”

The women working there today were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful!
