As a long time customer I must say my relationship or business has come to an end today, I have come to this place for years and always loved the attention the ladies would give as nail techs and the cleanliness, to be quite honest that’s about it they always did what they wanted, I always let it slide because I’m very passive. They will get upset when I mentioned something I didn’t like and now they’re always in such a rush to finish and get you out when they’re not even busy. On top of paying they expect big tips from you. Today I finally said No I’m not having it, I don’t like it fix it and they all huddled around me and started speaking in they’re language and telling me that there was nothing wrong, when the lady clearly left a big gap on the gelix extension on my toe nail(leaving it for infection to grow there) and they said nothing was wrong so I said no take off I don’t want it, and they were upset and they still charged me. I only paid them for the pedicure that was delivered. I’m never coming to this place again.

Service was fast and my toes looked really good. I got a regular pedicure and my nail lady did really good on my toes, I feel reborn

I've been going here for years when I'm in town and had nothing but great gel mani and pedis. Friendly staff and get me in and out fast.

I have been coming here since they opened, always consistent and good. Not sure why so many negative reviews! I live out of town now and drive in for my mani pedi. never had a bad experience.

Quick service and prices are decent but rather pushy on tips. Good if you're in a rush. If you want to be pampered, this isn't the place

I left this place after 5 years. I got a severe infection ( VERY SEVERE ) the tools were dirty. The place has gone way down hill and it is dirty all over. This place used to be a great comfortable spot to go but since the ownership change, it's filthy! Do not waste your time. They would not help me with the infection, they denied it actually and It cost me 500.00 in meds and in Urgent care costs. Sorry TIPs2TOES You need a deep cleaning and a better owner who makes you clean and cares about their clients instead of just money. This place is disgusting!

Lovely ladies did a great job on my gel mani pedi. Paid 35 for gel pedi and 30 for gel mani and 7 for extra callous removal on my feet (worth it). Super happy with it, I'll be back.

Excellent results on my mani/pedi every time I have them done. My manicures last so much longer with Julie's expert work than any other place I have been to which has been several nail salons. I highly recommend Julie!!

Left here very disappointed! Very dirty here. Came in for a pedi and I basically came in for a polish change. very , very light cleaning. I don't think they even sanitize their tools properly and paid $40. That's not even the worst part. I had to basically break up an argument between all worker's yelling at each loudly even after a lady left with her young daughter and tried addressing her concerns. Worst experience ever, left there with stress and anxiety ! It's too bad it was such a nice salon at one point. Would never return even if offered a gift certificate!

Went to get my nails done for 4th of July, I was DISAPPOINTED. I have high standers when it comes to my nails. The look I ask was something simple and cute. (Style was similar to French tip, but in a V shape.) Unfortunately the lady couldn’t get it right. (First try looked like old lady nails) I asked her to redo it and if we can just paint my nails 1 color to make it more simple. Sorry to say this but it looked like a kid did my nails. It took her 2 hours doing my nails after redoing them twice. Another lady came in and wanted to fix them but I told her no imma leave I have plans and I’ve been here for 2 hours. Mention for a refund, nothing. I don’t mind tipping them for try but not worth paying $45 for a FULL SET I DISLIKED!! There only Good for pedicures. Gotten my toes done couple times and they haven’t failed that! STILL REQUESTING A REFUND! Walked out looking like this :( very DISAPPOINTED

It was my mistake really, I love my nail tech but in lieu of her pregnancy I went into to remove my gel. 1. I was cut twice, bleeding and got no care for it or cleaning. 2. The removal of skin was awful. I came in with beautiful healthy nails and skin and now it's disgusting. 3. I asked for removal and no gel and she hopped into gel mode complained she put a base coat but I said I did not want that 4. Just look at the pictures for the outcome. She offered to "fix" with color. A total tragedy can't believe she charged me $22 and left me this way

Really bad service I asked for ombré and it came out so bad veryyybad service don't come here if show them something from Pinterest it's gonna look like press ons from the 99 cents store around the corner

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Granted I only get pedicures but they've all been good. The chairs are comfortable, the service is good and the place is clean. Prices are reasonable.
