I have been a policy holder for so long with them . I had the worst experience today. I spoke to them several time. they put me on hold for 20 mins. Then disconnected yhe phone. I have paid the fee also. One of the lady who spoke to me she was soo rude. If you are not happy with the job please leave and give someone else a chance . She should learn if someone one nice to her. She should be nice. Leave your problems at home . Don't bring it to the work place. Finaly i wanna say phone operater was so nice. Keep it up. Thank you.

Worst customer service they will hardly answer the phone and when they answer they don't help you at all!!! Tried to make a payment on my insurance and they said I couldn't because my insurance was cancel I told them I will call my insurance and they said not to, because the my insurance will not help me at all.( Thats a lie) what they tried to do is sell me another insurance and they kept on insisting, not ok!! worts of the worst!!!!
