A State Farm Insurance preferred vendor, they made it look brand new as the car was severely damaged and many panels, a door and bumper needed replacing along with repainting and blending.
Mark and Greg were very accessible, nice, polite and very thorough in explaining and communicating what needed to be done and the time-line. If they needed to call back, it was always very, very promptly. The office staff was also friendly and polite.
I'm very critical with my car looking nice and it really, really looked new and sexy.
I worked mainly with Mark but thank you both Mark and Greg. Yes, I would come back, but hopefully I won't need to.

“Came here on Sunday morning after suffering a blowout on the fwy last night (09/14/24). I have always seen this shop because it is close to my home and was happy to see that they were open. After safely getting my vehicle to shop, I met with Ramon and he was a lifesaver. He assessed the situation was able to find a matching tire. Then after some troubleshooting he got my shredded tire/rubber off the wheel which isn’t easy if the tire is not still intact. Long story short he got me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be back.”

“Being in a car accident is VERY stressful, especially when it's just me as a single woman with no help, who doesn't know sh** about a car and what needs to be done to fix it. All I knew was I had to move my car off the street parking until I could get it fixed, and I had to move into my studio (which is why I do not have the funds to fix my car right now due to an uninsured motorist hitting me). So I got a storage parking spot so I could leave my car safely parked until I can get it fixed (the front end bumper etc. )I searched on Yelp for a trustworthy tow company that had good reviews so I could make sure I would not have been taken advantage of with pricing.I came across Compas Gruas, I read the reviews, and I actually reached out to a few places I saw. I called Campas Gruas and from the moment the lady answered the phone, she was very helpful, patient with me, and gave me a very good deal and made sure that my car would be able to be towed, she advised we needed the flatbed tow truck. I knew from speaking to her that was definitely going to be the company I dealt with.I got the money a few days later (today) and called them back, and they even remembered me!! I texted him the address where it needed to be towed and a picture of my car so he could be aware of what was going to be towed. He gave me such a good price, and he took care of my car with care. He even advised me that we could swing by an auto shop to get a quick quote, which we did and now I even know exactly what needs to be replaced/fixed. He even reminded me that even though at times, times are hard, no matter what God has got my back, he even made me cry, it meant so much everything he did for me and to even care. I can go on for days typing the good things, but I will leave it as this... If I ever need a tow they will be the only tow company I call, and I highly recommend that anyone that needs a tow truck to call Compas Gruas, not only because they can tow your car, but because they actually care. “They did a great job, I called them.on Sunday and they picked up the phone rightaway and even though my towing wasn't urgent they were there within an hour with a flat bed, helped to navigate a parking lot with alot of parked cars and recover my car that was damaged. Overall can highly recommend.”
“I got a flat getting to LAX terminals to drop off my parents. To top off my bad luck, it was raining! My insurance gave me a list of tow companies. I picked this one because it was closest to the airport. I called and they picked me up within 40 min which is not bad because there was heavy traffic to get in LAX. Driver found me fast and lifted up my car quickly and took me home. No issues with this tow company. I would use them again forsure! Price was average, it was for 30mi ($300)
