I have other units at other storages , but customer service here has always been great(the folks in the office ) and they continuously maintain the facility. “U-haul has to fix their reservation system, but Thriftee helped solve the problem. Mine was confirmed as 10am but when I arrived to pick it up the app suddenly said 11:45pm !! The location staff also had 11:45 in their system and suggested I must have booked incorrectly - even though it was all done via phone with a u-haul rep.The truck I needed for cross-town drop—off wouldn’t arrive for 4 hours and I had a whole staff of colleagues waiting on me to transport our lab equipment. The Thriftee folks did an amazing job getting me a 15’ truck that I would later drive back across town. Not fun in Los Angeles but we did the best with what we had. I cannot understand how a system can change a reservation so dramatically!”

I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”

“Rented a cargo van at the Frogtown location- Ronald was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience- He installed a phone holder since there wasn’t a screen navigation in the van and also an adapter so that I could listen to my phone ( music/ podcasts) while driving.
He was very friendly and accommodating and id certainly rent from here again.”

“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”
“This place is great! Even though they are a little bit pricey but their forklift is worth every penny!! The staff answered all my questions. They couldn’t be sure 100 percent to stay in my budget especially on how many days I was having it for but they did their best!!! I totally recommend if you need a forklift!!!”

“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

From start to finish, they work WITH you and the savings add up with their monthly promotions they offer. Jessica their kind and knowledgeable location manager, is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I wouldn't think of renting anywhere else nor should you. The distance it takes to rent here is ok because of their 1ST CLASS SERVICE and when doing the math, you'll always save the most here”

Haha complaining and leaving one start because you don't fill up the tank like you suppose to. People just want free things all the time. What is most impressive is that Barnard, Sandra (the manager) and all other team members went above and beyond to help me find 3 meaningful rings that I wear and foolishly left in the bathroom. They were so supportive and caring and they found and held my rings for me. Service and good kind humans! You can’t go wrong here.”
