“The facility has easy access from Olympic Blvd and is pristine clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, organized, and professional. I was so happy to have found a self-storage facility that actually delivers exceptional customer care. I had an unexpected urgent need for storage of some personal belongings. The agent that introduced himself and worked with me extended exceptional customer care, explanation of options, security, and the safety features of the building. I was impressed by the automatic lighting on the floors, inability for customers from other floors to go to floors other than the assigned floor, locks, open hours, and even support for an urgent need for access after hours.
It's really a nice self-storage facility!”

“Had to grab some bulky furniture from the south bay and rented a cargo van. Reservation process was easy. Check in at counter was friendly and fast. Vehicle check before and after rental were quick and efficient and the van ran perfectly and was very clean. Could not ask for more from my experience!”
“Doors were hard to close. Wind heard coming through gap in door, especially on freeway. I told employee- he slammed the door from outside, but you can't have that doe on both doors everytime. Minor issue, otherwise smooth rental experience.”

“Giving it 4 instead of 5 just because of how expensive it was but other than that, they're a good group of people who are literally always there (when open), super helpful, cut my lock for me a few times when I forgot my keys. I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”

“Great rentals good prices flexible with using rentals we walked in and pushed and carried our rentals to a home nearby didn't have to get a trailer for the stump grinder or ladder we rented. Takes about 4 full days to return the deposit though.”
“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

There was a senior citizen ahead of me and Shelby went out of her way not just to assist her with her mobile chair, but made sure to walk with her to her car to make sure she was ok. On top of that she was very attentive and proactive with my rental needs/questions. Answered every question with a detailed explanation. Very calm demeanor, welcoming, and well spoken. “I have been renting from Penske for many years and the service has always been great. Honestly speaking things do come up like they do in life. WE plan but things dont always go as we have planned so we have to be understanding I say this because no company bats 100% but they do their best and that what counts. In 1 occasion I dropped an envelope with appr $500 and it fell in the back of the seat. How I did not notice it missing i cant explain . I never reported it to them as I was unaware i had lost it. Many months later I got a call from them and they informed me that they were cleaning out their lost and found and they noticed the envelope. They opened it up and found my name and date i had withdrawn the money and they were able to trace it back to my rental that day. Anyways they called me and let me know they had my money. I was surprised and thankful. This is not the only reason I am taking the time to write a review . If that would not have happened I would still be writing this review as they have always given 100% .”
