Carlos and his team have been my go to art installers for years now. Not only are they Covid safe, but if you want a piece of art (or many pieces of art) hung the right way, please contact him. He has such a keen eye for where the piece works best on the wall, you don't have to do your own measuring. He and his assistant (usually his son or daughter) have all the equipment they need to hang your art. This is a family run business (who doesn't want to support that). I cannot say enough about Preferred Picture Framing and Carlos and his team! He was actually referred to me by one of the most prominent art framers in all of Los Angeles. He is the absolute best in the business.

Where to begin? I'll start with "WOW!" Then I'll start with how I found Carlos. It was via Allan Jeffries Framing where he is offering a deal to pick up your picture, deliver and hang it. All for the low price of $99. I was shocked when I saw the deal. But that was simply the beginning of my shock (and awe). I reached out to Carlos via email, and he replied immediately, concisely and clearly. Setting up a date/time for the pickup and installation was a breeze. He even texted me the morning of to give me an updated arrival time. Clear and open communication is a key to life, and Carlos has it in spades. When he arrived, that's when the magic happened. Sometimes I feel people overlook the importance of hanging a picture correctly. Well, just as an artist creates the picture, it takes an artist to hang it. Carlos = Picasso. I know that's some serious praise, but it's more than deserved. As others have stated, he hangs the picture with such fluidity and ease, it's like watching Bob Ross paint and talk. Next thing you know... Voila! It's on the wall, and you barely remember him putting it up. I would pay just to watch him hang a picture even if it wasn't mine! Watching a true artist at work always amazes me. On top of that, Carlos then very generously helped me attach a shelf console to the wall. Best of all? He took attaching the shelf to the wall just as seriously as he did hanging my picture. He even employed a trick with a glass of water that you'll simply have to see for yourselves. To summarize: If you need a picture hung correctly, securely and artistically, call Carlos. You will not be disappointed. And don't forget the deal he has at Allan Jeffries Framing. If Yelp allowed me only one TEN STAR review per year, Carlos would get it.

A small shop with glass cases full of figures/dolls, I picked up a DJ Qbert Dunny here for $20. But a lot of the figures here are way more expensive, which makes it a nice place to just browse. I also found the staff here to be very friendly and helpful.

I don't know where to start... Carlos was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had my Art hung by a so called professional... The heavy mirror almost fell and broke many of our valuables 2 days after it was hung. I contacted Carlos and he came over with his assistant and properly hung the mirror as well as hung several other Art pieces. Carlos had to re-do the work of the other hanger by measuring and securing the Art into the wall PROPERLY. CARLOS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! He is the real deal! I wasted time and money with another "professional". Lesson learned, you pay for what you get-

Carlos and his staff took care of my painting and decor needs. I reached out to him on yelp, and he was very responsive, and communication was flawless. The price was very fair. He also advised on where to hang and what would make it stand out since I was having issues with the location. I will be reaching out to Carlos again soon for another installation project.

Best picture hanging company I have ever worked with. Carlos and his team came on short notice to hang pictures and photos on our office's walls. They were fast, efficient and precise. Pricing was more than fair. Communication was great throughout the process. Their experience showed as we had several complicated collages that needed to be hung and they came out looking fantastic. If I could give more than a five star review I would. Look forward to working with Carlos and his team again!

Now that businesses are opening up again, if you need an efficient perfectionist to hang your art, look no further than Carlos Mostacero. I've used him twice in the last five years, the latest in February, and now I'm going to use him a third time because of more items to hang or move around. Once you have such a premier professional, you'll never again want to hang even a single piece yourself, because Carlos takes the stress right out of what I always hated doing. The best in the business, he quickly assesses how and where to place your art. With a trained eye for placement, as you'll discover, he'll let you know if your ideas will work, and make suggestions if not. I have a huge wool wall hanging from Oaxaca, Mexico that needed special attention, and Carlos easily figured out how to put it up over the fireplace mantle. He also has the "gift" of being tall, so whereas short me would need a ladder to put the stuff up, he doesn't. It all seems so effortless. While his assistant hands him the tools and equipment, Carlos, a great conversationalist, hangs the art almost without your realizing it. I had nearly three dozen pieces of various sizes, and it seemed like he was done in a flash. Perfectly.

Carlos has been doing my art framing and hanging for the past 10 years... he has done 4 office spaces, 3 homes and I have referred him to many of my friends. He is always on time and his work is always en pointe. He has a good eye for placement, and he has a great personality which always makes working with him enjoyable. Hands down the best framing and installation service in Southern California!

This company exceeded my expectations with their work and professionalism! Very easy to communicate with and schedule. It was pouring ran and they were incredibly cautious with themselves and their equipment in my home. I added a gallery wall to hang, last minute- it was no problem at all. Had great insight on measurements and placement. Lastly, they are priced right! We will definitely have them back for more work!

Had a project that couldn't wait. Messaged them on a Friday night. Carlos replied to me almost immediately. He was very busy but did add me on for the following week. My building was able to refer me someone to take care of my art installation project, but Carlos was very responsive and helpful. He also had ready the proper Certificate of Insurance to work in my building. Much appreciated.

Carlos provides the finest example of customer service and quality delivery of his craft. From the initial contact, to the moment he arrived I knew I was dealing with a "PROFESSIONAL". His knowledge and expertise was refreshing and revealed in his abilities. He made suggestions that enhanced the installation of my 2 master bathroom mirrors. The work was perfect. Do yourself a favor and hire Carlos to do ALL of your installations, I'm sure glad I did.

I had a new, very nice, and costly piece of art - a Miro Lithograph - that I wanted to hang in the dining room. I called these guys based on searching at Yelp. They quickly got back to me, asked for a picture of the art (front and back) and gave me a quote. We agreed on a Sat. appointment and they came 15 minutes early. They offered me some choices in how to hang the art and then they did the work quickly, cleanly and for a fair price. Nick was particularly friendly and helpful.
