Honestly good experience I have nothing wrong to say, very fast I literally just stayed for 5 mins and I walked out with 20 footer in less then 10 mins since I’m already on file makes the process a lot smoother 🤝🏼

Avoid this location at all costs. The staff is poorly trained and severely lacking in basic customer service skills. I rented a tow dolly and purchased a tow hitch from this location, only to have the employee improperly connect the dolly and charge me twice for the hitch. When I contacted a supervisor to request a refund, not only was the issue unresolved, but I was also accused of lying about the improper hookup—despite the supervisor not being present to verify anything. I’m still waiting on my reimbursement. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable location.

First time I came here which was in February 2025, I only had cash at the time but the receptionist guy told me I had to have a debit card so I couldn’t purchase the truck. But at that time he was saying it wouldn’t be no more than $160. So I said coo, I’ll come back when I get paid on my card. Now the beginning of March, went back up there, I noticed his whole attitude changed as I’m asking questions. Not only that, he’s having unnecessary conversations with other ppl before helping the next customer. And I noticed the price went up and I end up paying $250. I really needed to move my stuff so I paid and asked for a dolly, none was available. I waited outside for the truck for an hour, not knowing I had to walk up to the worker that’s cleaning the trucks and ask is my truck ready otherwise I’ll still be waiting SMH apparently the workers work on they own time cuz this place was open 2 hours and none of the trucks was cleaned & ready. No professional workers, the receptionist tryna be someone he’s not, dirty, ghetto, and unorganized. Other U-Haul places I been to always have trucks ready, some even walk u to the vehicle… I wouldn’t even recommend this place just by being funny

When I drop the truck off the young man told me that I didn’t put gas in the uhaul that had to show proof a photo before I took it and I said the desk said I had to fill the same amount of gas when I took it than he wanted to see the time I took the photo ridiculous which I did show him I will never rent at this location again

First it took an hour to get the uhaul. I got there at 9am. They only had one person in the counter, and one outside. Get extra help on Friday,sat, and sun if you know it's going to be full. We'll after that the drive has being good UNTIL THE AIR CONDITIONER MESSED UP/ WAS NOT WORKING. I HAD 2 MORE HOURS GOING FROM LOS ANGELES TO LAS VEGAS. IT WAS 103 DEGREE. CALL THEM RIGHT AWAY AND THEY WANTED ME TO GET ROADSIDE ASISTANCE. I WASN'T ABOUT TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO GET DISPATCH AN WAIT 3-4 HOUR PLUS THE TIME TO GET IT FIX. IN THAT INFERNO HEAT, IT WAS INHUMANE. I HAD MY 12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WITH ME. WE GOT HERE TO NORTH LAS VEGAS WITH HEADACHES AND DEHYDRATED. ASK FOR A REFUND, CALLED LIKE 2 MORE TIME. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND. TOOK THE TRUCK BACK ON TUESDAY MORNING TO THE ONE IN NORTH LAS VEGAS, THE LADY (CHERRY) CHECK IT IN AND COMFORM THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING. SHE THEN,PUT IT OUT OF SERVICE. TOLD HER THAT THEY HAD TOLD ME TO DO A DESPUTE THERE , THEN I WAS TOLD TO CALL AN OTHER # WISH I DID. TOLD HER THE WHOLE STORY AGAIN TO JESSICA. TOLD HER THIS WAS A LAWSUIT, THAT I JUST WANTED MY REFUND. AT THE END ,SHE TRY TO CONNECT ME TO THE MANAGER IN LOS ANGELES. WHICH SHE COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF HIM. I HAV TO WAIT TO SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK NOW. WAIT LIKE 3 DAYS SHE SAID, WHICH TODAY IS THE 3RD DAY. THEY ARE JUST NOT DOING ANYTHING,THEY DON'T CARE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS TO ME AND I THOUGH THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY, BUT THEY ARE JUST FULL OF THEM SELFS.

This place is very ill managed. Takes forever to rent a truck even when doing everything online already. Then by the time we got a truck after being there for an hour and a half we had to return the truck because it served hazard with the steering wheel being super crooked almost vertical. Again badly managed and a time waster.
