Small parking lot. Exit is near the Starbucks entrance. One person behind counter handling a patron in front of them, while telling others who just walk in to where to go.

If I could leave 0 stars and have them all fired I would! Horrible service I deposited money left bank came back because she didn't really deposit! Bad service! Bad attitude! Don't come here

Walked into this branch because US Bank won't let you change your address on your account online. When I enter, I am the only one in line and three employees are behind the teller line. Two are talking to one another, and the other one is staring at her computer. After a few beats, one teller waves me over. I explain that I need to change my address, and so she asks for my name, ID, etc. After a minute or so, she says something about my personal account, and I explain I don't have a personal account, only a business account. She says, "Why didn't you tell me?" Anyway, after her telling me I should do her job for her, she says it's complete. A couple of weeks later, I am on the app and I see my old address is still there. I call customer service, only to be told I have to go into the branch AGAIN because they didn't update it properly. Total waste of time.

THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED ON 4/18/22! At this location. I came in to do a Withdrawal and the representative, unfortunately I do not know her name or else i'd type it down, insisted on asking me:1. Where I got the money I'm withdrawing from?2. What I was intended on using it for?3. Had to get her manager involved to make sure the withdrawal was legitimate & not fraudulent!4. Made me wait in the lobby until they got an "OK" from her bosses boss,5. Racial Profiled me! 6. Insisted on having me come back another day They had the money available for me. 7. Would not allow me to take out the money because it said it was "pending the deposit" even after two business days after it was cleared. I put MY OWN MONEY in this bank and you have the AUDACITY to ask me where & what i'm using it for? MIND YOU they are REFUSING to give me my funds until they check with a manager to make sure I'm legitimate after giving you a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and seeing my face?!? I've been with them for 3 years && this is how I get treated for doing a in person Withdrawl, yea I may have to close this bank and take my business else where. How dare they racial profile me. Maybe if my skin tone was lighter with better hair and a walking cane, they would give me more dignity and respect. I just know it was a caucasian lady who speaks russian. And the female manager with colored hair and glasses. So CRUDE. While telling my business in front of other customers. So EMBARASSED AND HUMILIATED.

One ghetto a** bank - and I'm from the hood. Don't put your money here or open an account. Seriously, such an unkept and unorganized business, horrible to say the least.

Do not see Stella at this location. Extremely rude, short, explained things over and over to me like I was an idiot and I ultimately didn't get what I needed from her accomplished after coming twice to this location and making an appt with her. VERY rude and made me cry. Do not recommend.

I love this US Bank. The bank serves my needs effectively. I always visit here to wire money with Stella. In short, very professional, friendly, and outgoing. I am very happy with the service I received here. It is managed well.

Very bad customer services, I have gone to different cities to use US bank services, I have gotten excellent 4-5 ? service. FYI before you get in line they expect you to fill out the deposit slip, where I have never had to fill out at any other locations other than this horrible location I give it 0 ? if there was an option
