Avoid this branch at all costs, particularly if you need any help from their loan officers. Their customer service is horrible and I am taking my business elsewhere. I applied online for a line of credit with U.S. Bank earlier this year. It was all taken care of via email and phone calls, but when the final the paperwork had to be signed, I chose this branch. Huge mistake. The line of credit was later frozen and it took months to find out that their notary made a mistake. Getting it corrected took several weeks. U.S. Bank staff Michael Martinez was very unprofessional; failed to call back and no-showed for an in-person meeting as scheduled and confirmed on their website.

I've visited this bank about 3 times. The first visit the teller made me feel very uneasy. Assuming they are not used to handling large multiple transactions. 2nd visit the same. This last visit was the icing on the cake. I had the same amount of transactions I did the first two times, I was told that the teller couldn't take me because they didn't want to hold up the line with all my transactions but In reality he was about due for a break. I then had to wait additional 20 minutes for the other teller to finish up with another customer that also had a large transaction. When it was finally my turn after 3 deposits I then was told that she needed to help the other guest, to put my deposit away because she can't hold up the line just helping me. No one apologized no one said thank you. I finally got helped by the guy that left for break for me to still not get an apology or a thank you. I proceeded to watch how they handled the other customers that weren't black by the way, and gave and showed them much respect. The attitude and demeanor was much different. I will never visit this branch again. Horrible customer service.. I regret even walking in again. I've visited plenty of other branches the experience was nothing like this. I will drive back to Gardena where they appreciate and show their customers respect ..

I've never been treated so badly at a bank as I was today by my teller Maria. I have been a US Bank customer for many years and she was so rude. I will never come to this location again.

This Branch is no longer inside the Ralphs like in my previous review. The new location a couple of doors down and in the same lot is a breath of fresh air. It is easy to get in and out and wait times have really cut down. Kudos to this team!

ATM machine is out of order. No time to go inside. Management needs to check the ATM machine more often. This is a very common problem and the parking lot is not convenient for customers to find parking. Please fix the ATM machine or put a sign on it that says out of order. That way customers don't waste their time.

The staff at this branch are mostly very nice but the brand manager Lenny Vanegas is the biggest j*** out there. Rude discriminatory and arrogant are some of his best qualities.
