Honestly not sure why the negative reviews here. They are organized, lots of seats, a screen that tells you how long and what's your wait time. Yes it can be hectic however cut these people slack!

I needed a blood test done and everything is very electronic and your spot in line is kept within their texting system. I found that very organized and helpful.

I had a very good experience with Joe during my urine test at the UCLA medical lab yesterday. Joe did a great job, he was very professional, patient, friendly and kind, helping me with my difficulties, I was so touched! I am very grateful for his help!
