“I have been going to Dr. Nancy H. Zadeh for the past 3 months. She has been very caring and I know now after finalizing my therapy she also is very good at what she does. She takes steps to make sure the patients feel comfortable not only by using high end and state of the art equipments but also by taking the time to explain her process. It helps you to know she under promises and over delivers. It’s in graded in her personality. Staffs are accommodating as well to the point for me they came earlier to the office so I could get to do my business. I have rarely seen companies provide customer service like theirs. “None of us are perfect. But, what is so much more important is what we choose to do after the fact. Whatever concerns you for testing or treatment, your sexual health and your health in general are so worth it. And, I highly HIGHLY recommend AHF after my first-time experience.
I went to AHF West Adams. The EASIEST STI testing experience I've ever had, hands down. And, I've had tests done at government clinics, private offices, and other nonprofits. AHF beats them all in terms of my patient experience.
I walked in, filled out an easy form online, spoke with the staff, got my blood drawn, swabs done, and was out in under 30 minutes. (This was 7pm on a Friday, mind you, so it might be much busier on other times).
Shout out to the front-desk clerk and Jazmin. Jazmin was courteous, engaged, and made the experience comfortable. No creepy fake smiles either. One could feel she's someone you could talk to frankly about all your health concerns. And, I barely felt the needle prick my skin when she drew my blood 😉

“Test On Time provided me weekly, court-ordered, substance testing for my custody case, over several months. Julian and his team always went above and beyond for me. Sometimes in a bind I would have to bring my 3 year old son and they were very welcoming and friendly towards him. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“Totally confused at the bad reviews. Went here for a TB test for employment reasons, the secretary was very nice and professional. All I did was fill out a form and I was helped within minutes instantly. The Doctor who helped me was very kind and made me feel comfortable! It was a quick process and I was out within 5 minutes. She even offered to come in on a holiday to match my schedule for the results. They do only accept cash but they have an ATM at the entrance if needed. I’m from AZ so I didn’t have insurance and the price was reasonable, $40 for it all.
The only time I felt uncomfortable was by the amount of older people staring at me in the lobby LOL either way it’s not something they can control which is understandable. All in all great place and great service :)”

“Traveling internationally so needed a test. It said it's free but you need to plan 3-4 days in advance, even if they take you without appointments. It's just a tent on the side of the road, you're never sure it's really legit but there's free parking, the girl was nice and gentle when taking the sample. Got my results the following day in the morning. Worked out well.”

“Dr Metzger .. Andy and everyone at this lab have my undying love and thanks for the efficient and completely accurate antibody testing!!! You guys have given me my life and piece of mind back! Initially I was tested using the normal laboratory that my doctor contracts with. I got some horrible and incredibly devastating results that implicated an autoimmune disease that could be the worst disease in the universe. I got positive results not one but three separate times. After seeing 3 different specialists and UCLA facilities and spending $4000 dollars testing for this diseases I came across an article about high false positive results for this particular antibody. Hoping against hope, I finally was able to have my blood sample tested by the world renowned and best antibody testing lab in the USA... RDL Laboratory in Los Angeles!! My results ARE negative and I have been wasting time, money and healthcare dollars chasing a disease I don't even have. I feel like I can breath again. I am so happy I found RDL.
