Been meaning to review and finally doing so. Shipped a couple times and everything went accordingly. What I really liked was meeting the owner, who was such a nice guy. I think it was the owner, but he went out of his way to answer questions I had, just to reassure me. So if you have jewelry or something of value and want a more catered delivery option than the usual fedex/UPS, then definitely give them a try!!
