Generally pretty friendly and easy to get in and out. However, only open until 4 on the weekend? That’s stupid. Even still, I showed up at 3:45pm on a Saturday and they were closed. So apparently they can’t even manage to be open during their posted business hours.

I've had a few rough experiences here. When things are easy, they do their job well enough, but the second you might slow them down, they forget themselves and turn on you like an abused animal. I'll admit that working here can't be easy; it's clearly a high pace environment and speed is never the ally of friendly service. But you only have to read a few replies to the reviews here to figure out what's at the root of the problem. I was so disappointed when I started reading about the other customers with bad experiences, there is a consistent theme to most of them, even if the details differ. A toxic work environment starts at the top and the bad treatment drips down like a sludge until it infects every aspect of the business. I get that you can't make everyone happy, especially when the clock is always ticking, but take a breath every once in a while, and remember that these are real people you're working with, not inconveniences to be overcome. I think someone owes their customers here a real apology, not just another snarky justification.

Given the wildly mixed reviews for this UPS Store, I think I’ve cracked the code:
The staff’s sole objective is to get you out of their lives as quickly as possible. If helping you happens to be the fastest way to do that, congrats, you might receive something resembling service. But if it’s quicker to be rude, dismissive, or incompetent, they’ll gladly take that route instead.
At this point, the employees are basically Amazon warehouse minions without the benefits, trapped in a cramped, chaotic floor plan that seems designed to escalate tension. Cool.
A particular shoutout to the older woman behind the counter who flatly refused to listen to (let alone answer) any of my questions. Sorry to interrupt your nap, Meemaw.
I’m honestly looking forward to the day this place becomes a self-serve kiosk with a supply vending machine and zero attitude. Once customer service hits rock bottom, replacing humans with machines is a definite upgrade.

I've never had a bad experience in this store. Occasionally there is a wait staff has always been friendly and accommodating. As a senior, I appreciate their patience when they need to print out a label for me.

Tried to drop off shredding, but even though they charge $2.50 a pound to do it, they can't empty their bins regularly enough. Full bins today equals they can't take my shredding. Some stars for offering shredding, but only two for not actually maintaining the service dependably.

I highly recommend this UPS location. I needed to ship personal items from the West to the East Coast, and Rose & Joe were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. Their outstanding customer service eased my concerns about shipping my personal items. The two boxes arrived on the expected date and in excellent condition. Thank you, Rose & Joe, for all your help!

Terrible service, they don't help you and they are very slow. They put up a lot of obstacles. They charge 1.50 for putting tape in a box. They might run out of money if they help a little.

I walked in and saw another person being helped and I thought, great I gotta wait in line to be helped but, as soon as I walked in- emerged Joe!
He was quick, efficient and straight to the point. I had two returns and had me gone within two minutes. Only returned one since I failed to package one of them but happy to return if it will only take me another minute.
Thanks Joe! Probably the fastest service Ive had at a UPS store.

Joe (the manager of this establishment) is an entitled, ego-driven maniac who treats his customers with disrespect and is constantly passive aggressive and is completely self righteous. Pair that pathetic demeanor with his stupid haircut, he is always looking for reasons to NOT help you. I came in to buy an envelope and he replied “they are right behind you, are you blind or stupid?”. Who says that to customers? I don’t understand why his team does not hold him accountable? Maybe it’s because he actually does abuse his team and they are scared, who knows. Anyways, Joe is completely disrespectful and he is the only person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. Regardless, he is the equivalent of rotten trash personified into a human being do not come here.
