If you are looking for your notary and shipping services with a side of abuse, rudeness, and condescension, this is the location for you. Make sure you ask for the Store Manager, Joe for the full experience.I went to the location, which on their website states they open at 8:30am, to have a document notarized. I arrived about 8:45am and was advised that the notary isn’t available until 9am. I replied this information was noted on the website, so I came when they opened. I then asked if the notary was there, or if they arrive at 9am. As I was a;ready de;ayed going to the office, I didn’t want to wait around for someone who arrived at 9am but wouldn’t actually be available until 9:30am while they put items away and got settled into their day.Joe replied that if I was concerned about the hours I should have called. I again advised that I looked at the website and that there was nothing noted about differing hours for the notary services. He replied that it was my responsibility to call, that I should have known this as it’s “how business works” and that it’s not just this business that has certain services during certain hours.He proceeded to lecture me about other businesses, calling them to make sure of their offered services, and ended the lecture by advising me that fast food restaurants only serve breakfast from 8-11am.Not sure what the point of that was. Although if he was trying to be as rude as possible and remove all doubt that it was intentional, message received, and not only during the hours of 8-11am.During this, Rose was also present and I saw her interacting with Joe and customers. This matters in a minute.So I waited. Surfing Instagram and waiting for the notary at 9am, completely off to the side and out of the way of both registers. A number of customers came in, but as there was time to chat about his mechanic, and to make phone calls in the back, and do a few other things, the store was not overwhelmingly busy…or even busy as more than once I was the only person in the location aside from Joe (who acted like I wasn’t there) and Rose.At 9am, Rose (who has been there the entire time) says to me that she can assist me with the notary services. Wait. What? The person who has been around and walking past me for 10 minutes is THE NOTARY? I can’t make this up.Who knows. Maybe she is concerned about getting on Joe’s bad side (I know I would be were he my manager) so she didn’t say anything. But why in the world would you abuse a customer and then make them wait around? A power trip? A need to feel important?Joe was perfectly polite to all the other people who came in, so clearly I was the one who got lectured. Based on the other reviews, it would seem my "error" was not recognizing Joe's superiority immediately and daring to ask a question.I sincerely hope he treats his team at that location like he treats most customers and not how he treated me…but I suspect he doesn’t.I did find and call their corporate number. Who knows if the owner of the location will be made aware, but I hope the person is advised of the incident (I did leave my contact info if they wish to follow up) but someone needs to know (and do something about) an employee who will treat a customer like this, as it’s not a stretch to believe this is also how he treats the employees on his team.Based on his other responses to reviews on Yelp, I am sure Joe will have a comment on this review. Please Joe, feel free to prove (although your responses to others already have) that the minute someone has a question, or a concern, you become abusive, condescending, lecturing, and rude.

This is the best UPS Store location. All of the staff have been very friendly and professional to me every time, and I’ve never had to wait long in a queue. The negative reviews say a lot more about the reviewer than the actual experience of this store. It’s a gem!

It’s the small but mighty store in that plaza! They run a tight ship there! They’re all so efficient and even when it gets full sometimes, they manage to quickly and effectively help each customer concern! Most of all, they pretty much do all I need just like your ads say!

Lost my package, told me it's my fault for an employee -- dropped off a package on a Saturday afternoon, the employee refused to give me a receipt for my drop-off because they were closing soon. They lost the package, there's no record of the pre-paid label I'd attached ever being scanned, and when I came back in person to see if the package might still there -- the guy at the desk (Hi Joe!) told me it was my fault for "abandoning" my package there. I didn't leave it outside a firehouse in a blanket, my dude. I walked into your store and handed it an employee. If you want something shipped here, you should probably just wait around and load it onto the truck yourself.

I'm sick and I come over here to drop an Amazon return on Saturday July 1. She is literally locking the door while I'm walking up to it. Sign says they close at 4pm. It is 3:58pm. I am just dropping off. She tells the manager. They even OPEN THE DOOR. Tell me they can't take it because the computer is shut down. I'm like why is it shut down when it's not even 4? He grumbles something about that's on Amazon. Which makes no sense because they are locking the door before it's even 4 which has nothing to do with Amazon. What if I were doing a non Amazon transaction? Literally refused service and I'm sick and this needed to go out today and I did not need to drive over here to get treated like this because they feel like locking up early today.

I have only had wonderful experiences at this UPS store. Joe is always extremely kind and helpful and deserves a raise! I really appreciate all of their help.

I just want to take the time to post this review because of the extraordinary customer service I recieved from Joe. I was having trouble with a package that I was sending back to a merchant and was experiencing such frustration. Joe went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue by making phone calls to reroute my package and offered to a wave the fee! Ups you have a great person on your team!! Thanks Joej

Amazon refered me to return a robe they sent that was the wrong size and was in the.plsstic wrapping they sent it via UPS. I showed "Rose" the return label on my phone and just needed a small strip of scotch tape to seal like they sent it. She pointed to the rolls of tape in the wall and instructed me to buy a shipping envelope and said, "you need to take it back home, email thelabel to us and print it up yourself".

I have been coming to this location for many years and have always been satisfied with my service. The workers are friendly and accommodating, patient with rude and demanding customers, and professional. I find it ridiculous that so many people decide to leave a bad review when, upon reading what they say, it is very apparent they are the problem. If you have never worked in a service industry job think before you leave a reactionary review. Service industry workers are providing a service, they are not there to cater to your every whim and demand - there are many people to be assisted and you are not the center of their universe. Have some humility and treat everyone with respect. I look forward to my continual visits to this UPS store.

This sarcastic skinny "thing" named Joe (at least that was the name he gave me and probably lied about it, he looks like the type!!, he's a tall Armenian or Iranian guy) was so rude today, just horrible! I have been coming to this store for years, and the employees have always been so nice, and this has been the 1st time that I have seen this "thing" there, he does not have any customer service skills, he is passive aggressive with customers, I do not recommend doing business at this store, there are other UPS stores nearby with much better customer service
