This is my local UPS store and generally I always have very good interactions with the staff as they are polite and quick at the same time. Today I experienced something that was just Over The Top. Bravo to the tall, young gentleman that helped me this Saturday 8/23 morning at the register in the very back. First, he was very welcoming and patient with my phone reception. I had to run back and forth to the front of the store to get reception to load up my Amazon return QR codes. After I was all done and driving away, I saw him chasing me down because I left my glasses on the counter. He met me in the middle of the street. UPS you are VERY LUCKY to have this man on your team.
I also want to mention that there is free parking for dropping off packages right next door. You don't have to wait for the 2 loading spaces in front of the building. Makes this store very convenient.

It's convenient and uncomplicated. It was my first visit, and it wasn't difficult. I'll definitely be using this place again. The staff was friendly.

Larchmont’s UPS Store isn’t the usual errand-day nightmare. They’ve always got a notary ready, which in Los Angeles is like finding a working payphone—rare, almost mythical.
You come in with your papers, they handle it. No excuses, no “come back tomorrow.” Just done. The staff keeps it moving, sharp and efficient, and you’re back out on the street before the meter even runs out.
In a city that makes everything harder than it needs to be, this place is the opposite. Five stars, easy

This is a great UPS branch. I went there to package up a piece of artwork for transport and they did a high quality job. Friendly and professional staff working there. Great experience!

Shipped a guitar last week, last minute and very important. The service employee was amazing, it was a sensitive situation and he was professional and empathetic. The guitar arrived a day early and in perfect condition. I cannot say thank you enough!

Today I was treated like a customer not just a $ sign, I'm not much of a computer littered. I came to The UPS store on Larchmont, I was having difficulty with my package label, Amazingly CJ came to my rescue. I Appreciate his effort nd understanding that I needed help, he was very helpful, courteous nd patient with me. CJ went above nd beyond his duties to help me!!!!

I have always had a pleasant experience at this UPS (as pleasant as you can be at a shipping store). From Amazon returns to picking up packages to shipping gifts during Xmas and non holiday season, everyone that I have interacted with here has been helpful, professional and efficient.
