Awful. This is a drop off store which means you can return an item with a QR code and they’ll package and ship back for you. Mentally challenged store manager refused to do this and I had to go to another UPS STORE which did this for me. Avoid this location!

I was having a difficult time with my packages and everyone there was very reassuring and was able to help me through it all. They were all very kind and generous with the amount of effort they were willing to give me to help make sure that everything went to its correct place.

I went here for notary services and the notary/manager/owner was VERY unprofessional. He did a sloppy job on my authorization form and I had I to come back and get it redone then he screwed it up a SECOND time, when I told him that the form was unacceptable and asked for my money back he refused! He only offered to reprint and re notarized a THIRD TIME. His servce was sloppiy and not worth the time or effort. Now I'm down 15$ and lost time. I do NOT recommend this location for notary services.

The staff here is so slow. They take care of extra things no matter how many people are waiting. I am tryjng third time for this week to go there just to return an amazon package. Only a man seems to care. Dear staff maybe take care of people first then do other thinks. This location was nor like this before.

I had a print job there (newsletter for work). I dealt with Mike who was super professional and genuinely courteous from beginning to end. He called to ensure the page numbers were in order and texted me pics of the newsletter page by page. It's always nice to see people actually take pride in their work. The prints came out great and will definitely be getting my business for future newsletters!

It now is a FRANCHISE ? It has re-opened back at the original location after moving 2 doors away . I do not know why they had to remodel , it seems worse.Manager/Owner is different , such a NOOB, definitely not a UPS trained person , staff are all brand new , like they started TODAY. Female tried to charge me $3 for printing a return label , still had to pay $1. Machine would not accept my debit card , had pay with CC , then paper ran out and couldnt get a receipt for 5 min while they worked out how to reprint , refill the paper roll ? .

I go there often, and mostly the employees are nice just a couple are unfriendly but the one that stood out was Paul.

PRICE GOUGING ALERT: Upon visiting this store to make an Amazon return, I was told that they would be charging me $3.50 to print a single page that contained my UPS label provided by Amazon. This is outrageous and unreasonable for a single sheet of B&W printing. I visited Copymat Hollywood on 6501 Sunset Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90028. They charged me .15 cents to print the single page. I would avoid this UPS Store at all costs. They are clearly taking advantage of customers in a community where not everyone has a printer at home.

Perry and all the employees at this location is always so warm, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable! They are always a big help. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly faces. They make my shipping and returns super easy! Thank you guys!

Have been a customer for many, many years. I am sad Joe sold the place and now the new owner does not operate the same way.Absolutely, do not sign for any packages unless you have compared the slip and the computer screen (which they do not show you) to make sure you are signing for the correct package. They have lost my packages and the owner refused to look a the cameras to verify that the package was not picked up. Owner said, "it was signed for, its your problem".In addition, I send my packages to them, and they take a day or two to put them up. If you let them know you have a package, they tell you its not their problem and packages are signed in after 4 pm. Sometimes, its a full day and a half before they notify you that you have a package waiting for you.They also have this new thing that allegedly, when a package arrives, it sometimes arrives as an "Access Point" package, what ever that means, does not make sense, I'm a box holder so my packages should not be placed with the ones from non-box holders. Sometimes those packages do not get delivered to me until a week later.Very disappointed to say the least.Edit after response from UPS:Lip service, they issue that standard response on all their reviews and even though I did follow up with them as requested, they never responded. Twice disappointed.

My local store I come here all the time., service USED TO be really good but now., horrible!, you have to wait a very long time I have no idea if it's the employees...?, I asume it's the company as always but anyways it's really bad now.

Went in to package a hard drive with a 2-Day Air label thinking that UPS Boxes were free for express shipping. Service was great until she told me it was around $5 for the box. I had already paid $45 for the label, now it’s a $50 shipment going to Tahoe from LA. I didn’t want to pay for the box. She unpacked the entire shipment and was left with a now “used” box. I called UPS and voided out the label on the spot, took my business to FedEx. I ended up getting a free box (as I should) AND it was cheaper. The total came to $28. So basically when all was said and done I saved $22 going to FedEx and was given free packing supplies for my express shipment. As customers we are trained that “Express comes with the box for free” except at this specific UPS Store they nickel and dime you for your business and say that “2-Day Air is not Express enough…. You need overnight.” Screw you. I don’t need overnight UPS, what I need is a different carrier: FedEx.
