this is regarding customer service today. I went to return a couple of items, and there was a guy named Jose working, which was extremely rude and unfriendly. He was not willing to help me with any questions that I had he is Extremely rude; clearly needs customer service training.

I just want to pop in and say this is my favorite UPS store in all of LA! I even moved out of the area, but I will drive 15 minutes just so I can get serviced here. The employees are so pleasant and efficient and amazing and I always have such an easy time getting anything I need handled and delivered here!!
