I went there at the suggestion of the person at the Print Shop around on Gotham Ave., who actually gave me wrong directions; having gotten disorientated, driving around the weird streets in that area, and finally parking at the Whole Foods parking lot, where I went in to buy something in order to get parking validation. I had two images send to me on the WhatsApp app on my phone, which I was not able to FWD by email to the VA, or make any clear copies of on my computer, being an old Vietnam veteran and technologically challenged. I asked the young woman if she could print the images and she suggested I email them to the store, handing me a paper with the store's email address. I said, impatiently if I could have emailed them I would not be there. I asked her if she could take a photo and have them printed. She complied and with a steady hand took pictures of the images and then emailed them to the store. Then she walked to the copier and got the two, nice clear images and handed them to me and charged me $2.50. I apologized for being rude before and thanked her for the competence and courtesy.

this is my 2nd time doing notary services and the first time went smooth with the notary person. shoutout to him. however, today was a whole new experience. two things:
1. last night, i booked an online appointment for an urgent notary signing at 10am today and when i arrived at 9:57am, i was told the notary was not there. this i understand is not the workers' fault and more of an internal system issue that UPS needs to urgently fix. no one really calls into the store anymore because 1. workers don't really pick up the phone and 2. it is more convenient to schedule an appointment online through the UPS website. however, this is not my main issue.
2. the worker with big glasses and a ponytail told me the notary would be at the store from 11am-7pm. i waited for an hour and about 11:06am, i came back into the store to then be told the notary is still not there and will arrive at 11:30am. i ended up leaving to go notarize my docs somewhere else because of the urgency of these docs. my main issue is that the workers had bad attitude and shrugged their shoulders as if it wasn't their problem. the workers are already in the wrong by telling me a time that is not possible and then not caring about the repercussions of their words was a bit stupid in my eyes.
another worker with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes said he tried calling UPS HQ telling about the internal system issue i mentioned above which i think was a lie and a way to cover themselves up to not make them look as bad but that's besides the point.
while i understand the workers might be stressed out with personal things, we all have things going on in our lives, not just them. this shouldn't give them an excuse to not carry out the customer service they're expected to give when issues like these arises. unless UPS fixes their system and even more important, fix their staff's attitudes toward resolving issues, i won't be coming back.

Poor customer service from a lady with dark hair. She also seemed to have her child in the store and was more interested in her phone than customers. Not professional.

I spoke to a service rep named Erica who had such a bad attitude I felt like I shouldn’t have even bothered going in. After a really long day, it was the last thing I needed. All I was trying to do was have a local shipment sent and I felt like I was annoying her. I don’t know why businesses like this have service workers who just put a downer on your entire day. My shipment was gone but it took really long to finish and I was so taken aback by the attitude I felt the need to write this review.

Oddest experience ever. A customer server who I dealt with before tried to charge me $560 to ship a package that weighed less than 1.5lbs.

I went to UPS in Westwood to notarize a document. The Notary did it wrong twice and when I went to apostille it, the The California Secretary of State’s office didn't recognize the notary's signature. I had to go in another one. It costed me 3 days off work, 3 trips to downtown + parking, and a lot of stress.

I called this location because someone dropped off a package for me here and I wanted to verify the contents. The manager, Anthony, was super helpful. He was able to locate the package, opened it up, told me what was inside, and taped it back up for me. He gave me peace of mind that the seller didn't put in rocks and socks, and I appreciate that. Thanks, Anthony!

I didn't insist on a receipt when I dropped off the item(pre-paid AT&T modem) and they lost it and didn't ship it. Couldn't find a record of it but they also refused to look for it. Cost me $150. Pretty poor service. My fault for not insisting on the receipt that wasn't offered. theirs for losing the item. I went in 5 times to check and modems were on the shelf not sent. They would look for mine and just insisted it would have been shipped already.

UPS lost my son’s passport which I paid this store for two-day air to get in time and their error cost me hundreds of dollars. They will not refund even the shipping cost after two months of submitting claims and receipts. They just keep giving me the runaround.
UPDATE 8/13
I emailed as you suggested on Aug 9th and only received an automated email.
